Welcome to our Sniffspot! Our property is located on a sprawling 1-acre land with plenty of space for your furry friend to run around and play. We have a large pool where your dog can take a dip and cool off on a hot day. Our property also features a lush green grass area where your dog can play fetch or simply roll around in the grass. If you need a break from the sun, we have a covered patio where you can relax in the shade while your pup runs around. Our Sniffspot is perfect for dogs who love to play and explore in a safe and secure environment. We can’t wait to welcome you and your furry friend to our Sniffspot!

Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is green from first rain until summer, brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! We welcome pups & their humans to our fully fenced & private pup oasis where both shade & sunshine are plentiful! Lots of room to run & play, throw balls or catch a frisbee! Let your pup stretch out while you relax and unwind under the shade of several umbrellas or on a cozy couch under the patio cover. Amenities include a patio, sink to wash up, elevated dog bed, water for pups & humans, tables & chairs, waste station, and a serene yard relax or play until your heart’s content! There is a pup box with toys, treats, towels & basic dog first aide. Humans have hand sanitizer, insect repellent, sunscreen, water & towels. Why not bring a picnic basket and enjoy a meal while the pups run around. At night, we have lights to light up the yard for evening playtime as well! Extend your experience with add ons of use of fireplace, puppy splash pool, or puppy ball pit! We’d love to welcome you and make this a fun and safe place for you & your pup to enjoy & return to!

The lot size is 16000 sf. The "dog park" area is about 5000 sf.

Large private backyard, fully fenced, lowest fence is 5 ft. Hillside to play on and plenty of grass. Squirrels to chase. A dog's private paradise!!

Pups of all sizes enjoy this spot. fully fenced and gated, good privacy, lawn, pool, table and chairs. your dog can enjoy the open yet gated space to run, play or simply take a nap in the sun. You can sit by the pool. connect to WIFI and work or simply bring the yoga mattress for some stretching while having fun with your dog. During your booking period our pool is available for dogs only If you would like to join swimming pool, additional charge is $12 for each person. The option can be found in the Extra Please note: we do not provide digging at our venue. Please clean after yourself and your dog. Kindly note that due to safety concerns, our venue can only accommodate adults over 18 years old. The pool is unheated so it is cool in the winter and warms up during the summer months. Hours are 9:30am to 8:30pm. We look forward to your visit!
