Description

We’re so excited about our new home and all the changes we’re making in the yard! It’s a huge space, fully fenced, and plans are in the works to add two more sections in the next few weeks. By winter, we’re hoping to create a cozy indoor play area in the pole barn. Right now, we have a big side yard and a spacious backyard, plus visitors can enjoy the porch and the pergola in the back—plenty of spots for pups to sniff around and have fun! We can’t wait to see how things improve over the next year. My dogs are absolutely loving it! I’m usually out during the day, so it’s a perfect time for guests to stop by. The dogs will be inside and won’t see your furry friends, but they’ll definitely be excited to smell them after your visit! 906 McCord Rd in Valparaiso 46383

Farmland Property has two farm fields, Woods with trails. 10 Achres of grass and Salt Creek in back of the house/yard. (Fallen Trees down in trails from last tornado. All pets, teens and children must stay with owner at all times! Stay away from widow makers: Any tree leaned against another which, will fall at some point and could kill any living thing under it when it falls! 10 foot drop off surrounding entire property= wetland/tertuaries: Do not enter due to probable quick sand, per great Lakes fish and game wardens and assigned wetland scientist that frequent property and protect the wetlands. All NW IN wild animals share property. Brown recuse spiders: found on wood. Coyotes, deer and wild turkeys roam throughout the land. Sand cranes, geese, large Crows, Owls, and Midwest birds hang out. Eagles, and Hawks will take small dogs, cats and children. No drugs, marijuana, alcohol while, wandering property with dog on sniffspot.com.
