At the heart of our forest, the Madhatter trail invites you to a serene creek, a secret haven within our partially fenced sanctuary. Our land, a tapestry of fences, natural barriers, cliffs, and creeks, is a safe haven for play. Once trodden by horses, these trails have been lovingly reclaimed from invasive brush and dead trees, now safe for paws and feet alike. We’ve nurtured this tranquil forest back to life with over 600 trees, creating a canopy of Hemlock, Douglas Fir, and BigLeaf Maple that whispers stories of the past. Wonderlane isn’t just a place; it’s an experience—a Sniffspot designed with your dog’s joy in mind. While they dash through wood chips and Pacific Northwest duff, you’ll marvel at the sight of a 20-acre forested wetland, a living painting of nature’s grandeur. Though some wildlife is a rare sight, the forest is alive with the songs of thrushes, grosbeaks, and a host of other birds, Majestic American Bald Eagles are seen here. We have a barn for indoor training, lots of toys, chuck-it station...as well as 2 grassy acres of running space for your pups! We are also curently modifying the 60x80 sandy horse arena to use for obedience/agility training. We have reactive dogs ourselves so we understand those that need a PRIVATE space to exercise their dogs. Our 3 dogs will be inside during your playtime, please try to keep dogs off front porch to eliminate ours barking and distracting your pups fun day. Dogs are curious, almost ALL of them explore the front porch… please don’t stress over this (we’re not), we just ask to redirect so our dogs don’t distract yours with barking.

Fully fenced West Seattle yard with patio furniture! Come hang out in our west facing sunny backyard. Easy parking (no parallel parking required) and secluded street in the middle of the Junction! We have a sleepy 14 year old dog, Lucy, who will be kept in the house during your visit. When Lucy was young, we lived in apartments and condos and would've loved to have a private space to let her get her zoomies and play fetch. Come enjoy our space!

Hi - my name is Jake (he/they) and live in a beautiful single family home in Cherry Hill / Capitol Hill, Seattle. The house has a beautiful fully fenced grassy back yard, with lawn care every two weeks to make sure the space stays upheld. I don’t have any pups of my own but very much a dog person! I’m a social person and love making connections. I also currently work from home and am in Nonprofit Management. The backyard is a little oasis and fully blooms in the Spring/Summer. I think you and your dogs will love the space, since there is a large area for running around and playing!

Lots of space for your pup to run around and for you to sit and relax. WiFi included. If your pup wants a playmate my 4-year old mix is super friendly and would love to play! If not, that’s fine too. Come check it out!

Fully fenced yard for your pets to rest and stretch!

I bought this house for my dog Zeus because of the large yard. Zeus enjoyed it for many years before he passed in 2023 at the age of 16. He would have wanted other dogs to get to enjoy it too.

Beautiful sloped pasture with some woods at the lower end. 1.5 acres. If desired, you can drive right into the pasture and secure the gate behind you before letting your dog(s) loose. It changes by the season. In summer, the grass grows tall and you can enjoy the shade of alders in the lower portion. A seasonal creek runs through it in winter and spring. Your dog may find the scent of deer where they've bedded down at night, though it's unlikely that any will be present for your visit. You will see that I've planted and protected some fruit trees and native plants here and there. A sheltered area allows you to sit in the shade or out of the rain, and that's where you'll also find most amenities, such as toys and water. There are two driveways onto the property. You want the north one with the sign "Ericksen." After driving up that driveway, you'll see a "sniffspot" sign on the gate into the pasture. Please do not enter the farmhouse yard. The residents of the farmhouse are not the sniffspot hosts. For any questions, issues, or suggestions about how I can improve this spot, please drop me a message or call me, Annika, at 253-346-5863.
