45great spot to let dogs run
55Third visit. Consistently perfect!
55Our second visit was just as fun as the first! This time I remembered a couple of pictures. The pups had a blast! This sniffspot is perfect to run, fetch and just play and sniff. Spotless and toys abound. 🐾😍
55Love this place! So beautiful and big!! My pup had such a wonderful time. Awesome that there’s seating for us humans!
55First visit was awesome! Returned for another romp with the pup! Chairs, fresh water, and thank you for sweeping the pine ones in horse area for the training session! Wowzaa! Above and beyond! Thank you!!
55This is a wonderful spot! Our dogs loved the soft grass and soaked up the warm spring sun. No mud so we had a nice clean set of dogs on our ride back home.
55Photo side yard, back yard is huge and photo of Dog in barn training. Dog and I had a wonderful visit! It is just like the photos! Beautiful! The lawn is level and there is a LOT of space for dogs to run and explore. I was there mainly for training purposes. The backyard is HUGE! If your dog likes to play fetch, this yard gives a lot of space to make long throws. There were chairs set out around the property too. I asked the host about using the indoor area of the barn and that was no problem. Radio in the barn was on and made a nice backdrop. Directions were super clear and simple. I knew ahead of time there were 2 boarding horses (leaving in a week) at the property which was fine with me. Definitely will visit again!
55What a wonderful spot! The host's description is accurate. The space is great for play and fetch on a very level grassy area. Well maintained grounds and the barn is a plus. Fresh bucket of water was provided along with toys. Very clean, quiet and safe. I forgot to take photos to add but the dogs had a wonderful time! Definitely will be back.
55Beautiful property with multiple big lawn expanses front, back and side. You enter through the main gate, and are just asked to secure it behind you. Then your dog has the run of the entire property. The horse pen is at the front of the property, and my dog didn’t even bother to go there. We found it was easy to just focus on and stay in the big back and side yards. The neighbor dogs did bark if at the back fence but only when we went right near the fence and they stopped within a few minutes and didn’t seem to care after that - nor did my dog, he can be reactive but was not at all phased. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Property is well kept and back lawn is a great spot to hang out, throw a ball, and explore, including some areas with trees/brush. We’ll be back!
55First time using Sniffspot and loved it! I was a bit nervous as soon as we got there because a cat greeted us and my dogs lost their mind in my car. But I introduced them on a leash and then took them to the other side of the house with the hopes they wouldn’t chase down the cat. It worked, and they happily played fetch in the beautiful grass! There were two Grand Pyrenees on the other side of the fence that appeared towards the end of our visit, but luckily my dog-reactive pup tends to respect bigger dogs so I was able to lead them away from the fence using a leash. Went up to the edge of the pasture so they could see a horse for the first time and one of my pups scared himself to death on the electric fence but he seems fine haha. Next time I’ll likely let them sniff around more but I was happy they got to run around so much - they’ll be sleeping for most of the rest of the day for sure! Also appreciated the water left out and all the extra toys. My dog had a blast dunking her head in the big bucket of water 😅😅

We have a barn for indoor training, lots of toys, chuck-it station...as well as 2 grassy acres of running space for your pups! We are also curently modifying the 60x80 sandy horse arena to use for obedience/agility training. With over 50 years experience with horses and dogs, we have downsized our horse involvement and decided to use our parklike property for dog owners who needed a private play spot for their dogs. I love seeing our personal dogs (2 Australian Cattle Dogs and a Rhodesian Ridgeback) enjoy our property but there's plenty of playtime and space to go around!
