Once trodden by horses, these trails have been lovingly reclaimed from invasive brush and dead trees, now safe for paws and feet alike. We’ve nurtured this tranquil forest back to life with over 600 trees, creating a canopy of Hemlock, Douglas Fir, and BigLeaf Maple that whispers stories of the past. Wonderlane isn’t just a place; it’s an experience—a Sniffspot designed with your dog’s joy in mind. While they dash through wood chips and Pacific Northwest duff, you’ll marvel at the sight of a 20-acre forested wetland, a living painting of nature’s grandeur. Though some wildlife is a rare sight, the forest is alive with the songs of thrushes, grosbeaks, and a host of other birds, Majestic American Bald Eagles are seen here. We have a barn for indoor training, lots of toys, chuck-it station...as well as 2 grassy acres of running space for your pups! We are also curently modifying the 60x80 sandy horse arena to use for obedience/agility training. We have reactive dogs ourselves so we understand those that need a PRIVATE space to exercise their dogs. Our 3 dogs will be inside during your playtime, please try to keep dogs off front porch to eliminate ours barking and distracting your pups fun day. Dogs are curious, almost ALL of them explore the front porch… please don’t stress over this (we’re not), we just ask to redirect so our dogs don’t distract yours with barking.

Fully fenced West Seattle yard with patio furniture! Come hang out in our west facing sunny backyard. Easy parking (no parallel parking required) and secluded street in the middle of the Junction! We have a sleepy 14 year old dog, Lucy, who will be kept in the house during your visit. When Lucy was young, we lived in apartments and condos and would've loved to have a private space to let her get her zoomies and play fetch. Come enjoy our space!

Welcome to our walking trail! Enjoy a quiet, peaceful walk with your pups! You can begin the trail through the Christmas trees or end the walk there. There’s plenty of room to roam and enjoy your time!

Hi - my name is Jake (he/they) and live in a beautiful single family home in Cherry Hill / Capitol Hill, Seattle. The house has a beautiful fully fenced grassy back yard, with lawn care every two weeks to make sure the space stays upheld. I don’t have any pups of my own but very much a dog person! I’m a social person and love making connections. I also currently work from home and am in Nonprofit Management. The backyard is a little oasis and fully blooms in the Spring/Summer. I think you and your dogs will love the space, since there is a large area for running around and playing!

We live on a 4.5 acre farm in Silverdale which has great land to run your pup in our horse stables (no horses) and in our pasture. 40 chickens live on the property but they are protected from dogs and other furry friends that visit the property. We have a red fence that leads to our entry which is gated, plenty of parking, toys, and towels once you open the gate along with complimentary eggs to go as long as our hens are laying!
