Description

This empty grassy lot is nestled between 2 homes and is shaded under big, beautiful trees. There is lots of room to run around, play fetch, and pick up a stick or two. Neighborhood is quiet so it's perfect for nervous pups. Great, tranquil space!

Hazards

There is a staircase leading up to a private back yard from the lower lot. We request that you and your pup stay on the lower level. However, if your dog does run up to the top level, feel free to come up the staircase if you need to get them (the entire property is fenced so they can't escape). The stairs are very uneven, so please be careful if you do use them.

Please pick up your trash and pup poo. If enough notice is given, I can have a trash can, bags, fresh water bowl set out as well as a chair(s) for you. Feel free to message me with any questions or special requests. Please be respectful of neighborhood, pedestrians, and any neighbors who are outside.

The yard was super easy to find and in beautiful neighborhood. The host had two chairs and a water bowl set up for when we arrived. The yard is very well kept and feels very private. The yard also has the perfect amount of shade. My two pups had a fantastic time!! We will definitely be back!

We have a yard for them to play in at home, but sometimes you need a little enrichment for those noses and this was everything my dogs needed! They enjoyed sniffing around and playing in a new dog safe area. Sarah was very kind and provided chairs and water for our dogs upon request. We will definitely be back in the future! ☺️

Shady even in the winter, full of things to smell, different terrain to play on. The hosts set out water and chairs for us before arrival and had great communication. This was the best first experience with Sniffspot. We can’t wait to book again.

Lot was great with lots of room to run and play. Plenty of shade! Owners are so nice and even left out chairs and water for my dog. Nova gives this place 10/10 sniffs :)

Near hwy 6 and speegleville rd. One larger field and one smaller separated by fence with larger gate. We have 2 small donkeys. They will be separated from you and your pet in small ajacent field. Parking is the half circle drive in front of the house. Feel free to ring the doorbell. If I am home I will be happy to show you around.

CCF is a 30 acre piece of land with 20 acres of accessible land. It has large oak trees and pecan trees. There is a stock tank on the property that I try to keep mowed. The spot for Sniff clients will not be shared. However, a Sniff client may go out of the designated areas. Please do not allow your dog to poop at the campsites that are on the Farm. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR DOGS TO COME UP IN MY YARD.

This space is approximately 7 fenced acres. It is mostly a flat, open space with tall grass. I keep a walking trail mowed around the perimeter of the space.

A Little Taste of The Country

Our property consists of maintained trails that run from our home on Old Prairie Lane to the Middle Bosque River. The trails vary in terrain and also in elevation. We have a couple hundred forested acres with trails for exploring. If you would like an accompanied tour of the land, please contact me and I will be happy to spend as much time as you like hiking through the woods. There are two stocked fish ponds onsite, as well as a fishing boat and a paddle boat. Dogs and people are welcome to swim. There are also two waterfalls and some natural pools. We will happily provide dogs and their humans with toys, snacks, and water. No need for poop bags. Overnight accommodations can be arranged if camping is your jam. You will need to provide your own tent/camper. I also offer pet sitting services. In the spring, we have a glorious display of wildflowers at the prairie. I'd be happy to arrange a tour. We've recently moved, no one has lived here for years and the back yard has some grass but it's a big spot with 10 plus trees and plenty of squirrels to chase, we have a large enclosed back porch that your welcome to use.
