Safe and Secure: Fully fenced-in area ensures your furry friend can play freely without worry. Spacious Play Area: Let your dog burn off energy and enjoy some good old-fashioned zoomies. Open space for fetch and frisbee provides the perfect area for interactive games and bonding time. Bonus: an on-property playground keeps kids busy, too! Secluded Space with Stunning Views: Tucked in the back of a quiet neighborhood, you can enjoy year round scenic views of the woods surrounding Rock Creek just behind the property. Remember, safety is always a top priority. Ensure the gated entrance is secure and supervise your dog during playtime.

We have 3 fenced in areas ranging in size along with basic agility equipment and short trails. There is a total of 10 acres that include fenced in areas and trails! We are a training facility that specializes in patrol, protection and odor detection dogs. We also offer basic obedience and behavior modification.

8ac farmhouse property with plenty of options for your dogs to roam around and play. There's grassy areas and gravel spots to pick from. Very private, quiet, and tucked away in the back away from the main road. We don't have any pets, so yours will be the only ones on the property, and we're rarely home. Feel free to use the triple fenced garden area before we start growing anything. There is new home construction up at the top of the hill they have their own short black fencing around the homes, so just stay beyond the fence. Water pump and doggie bowls available outside near the front right side of the home in front of the outhouse. Trashcans are available at the side of the house across from the shed. There's a basketball hoop and 🏀 if interested in playing as well as some swings for kids closer to the house. Feel free to use it. Lastly, please use Google Maps for navigation instead of Waze as it's the most updated one for finding the property. PS- if you're ever running late or got lost and some of your paid time is used please feel free to stay a little longer to make up for it if no one else is booked immediately after you.

🚜 Welcome to our clean and serene farm retreat minutes away from downtown Gettysburg. Our 6-acre fully fenced Sniffspot, adjacent to Oakside community park, offers a private oasis for your furry friends to roam, sniff, and play. 🌾 If home we will make sure to provide fresh water for your pup! We provide essential amenities such as waste bags, tennis balls, hand sanitizer, and a table with chairs for your convenience. Delicious farm fresh eggs are also available for purchase under extras (please message prior for eggs 🥚 - we did not anticipate how popular this add on would be!) 🌾 As new hosts, our hope is your experience at our Sniffspot is enjoyable and stress free. We always try to keep the pastures as clean as can be for each guest, please make sure to clean up after your pets as we don’t have the time to clean 6 acres in between each visit. Nestled in the middle of a 200acre farm this peaceful setting is dog heaven. Brand new 6 foot high mesh fencing with 6 foot high double mesh gates keep all dogs safe and secure. There is a shelter with windows that open to allow a breeze on a hot day. Chairs and other amenities make this location comfortable year round.
