Very nice yard with lots of space for dogs to run. Easy access. Fences are intact and plenty of places for humans to sit. There are dogs in neighboring yards that bark (just to be aware of). Fresh water provided. Overall, great yard for the dogs!

Great space for the dogs to run around! Water and toys provided, and places to sit while the dogs tire themselves out :)

Space is clean with fun toys. A couple of neighbors have barking dogs. My dog had a great time. Looking forward to next time

We have been to Nicole’s backyard several times now and love it! Today we had a puppy play date with our best friends’ dogs and it was so nice to have a big safe space for them to play and run off their energy!

Host replied: What a great idea! Puppy playdate! You're always welcome Christina, thanks for coming by today.

Great Sniffspot! Took my three huskies this evening and they had a blast. Very clean, lots of secure space for them to run and play, a bowl of water was available, along with bags and a trash bin for any poo! Parking wasn’t an issue. Host is inviting. The neighbor’s dogs were outside on the other side of a secure chain link fence…wasn’t an issue for us but something to be aware of for someone with a reactive dog…but the host mentions that anyways. We happened to catch a beautiful sunset from this spot. It was awesome! We will for sure be back. As a townhome owner with barely a yard, I’m so happy I found a place close to home to take my dogs. Thank you for having us, Nicole!

We loved this yard and definitely plan to go back! It was the perfect space for our girl to safely run and she even got to socialize with neighbor dogs through the fence! We especially appreciated that there were no gaps in the fencing (because she bolts)! We also thought the other special touches to the yard by the owners were very nice and thoughtful. Thank you for what you do! ❤️ It really means a lot to people like us without a fenced in backyard.

The neighbors little cute dogs came out and there was a bit of barking back and fourth. Other than that I love the fencing and open space in the yard. By far the cleanest, no poop from previous use. Host left poop bags with trash can. Fresh water bowls. I will most definitely be coming back a lot. Great yard to play Frisbee and throw balls.

Complete freedom to roam on 30 acres with a bonus that our land is surrounded by another 200+ acres of electric company owned land with no roads, no cars, no neighbors… just grass and forest. We occasionally have farm animals positioned on an acre or 2 who are fully fenced in. If you see blue fence posts with white wire / rope running between them, please assume the fence is electrified. We would ask that you use caution with your dogs around the livestock areas so as not to frighten the animals or the dogs! We have a Google Earth picture roughly showing the property lines and the driveway for you to use while exploring. Bonus: We are a small farm so if you are interested in picking up some chicken or pork - send us a message and we can have your order ready for pick up when you arrive. You can visit www.hardstrugglehomestead.com for more info and details or just message us about our to-go farm products. There is no house on the property. Just a camper and a shed. Park anywhere on the road or at the big circle at the top (near the farm office.) We have wifi near the brown shed at the top of the road. Wifi: HSH Password: HardStruggleHomestead We are happy to say hello and give you a tour of our farm and answer any questions about how we raise our chicken and pigs. We are also happy to give you a future free sniff spot hour with the purchase of chicken or pork! Just inquire within! Be forewarned that our land is on the side of a mountain so the walk up the driveway will be on a slow incline. Your dogs will be tired after this trip, we promise.

Large fenced in backyard. Open space to run and play. Patio with umbrella table and four swivel chairs. Two trees for shade. Various dog toys that are cleaned after each visit. A kiddie pool as an extra (April- September). Lights for nighttime play! Please park in the street in front of the house. Enter through the gate on the right side of the house. If I have advance notice and I am home, I will leave a cold bowl of water on the back steps. Bug spray, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, paper towels, dog treats, and a dog first aid kit are in the bin on the umbrella table. If you bring your own bowl and I wasn’t able to leave one out, please feel free to use the hose and water from the spigot on the back of the house to the right of the sunroom behind the umbrella table. Please make sure you turn it off when you are finished. Water to that spigot will be winterized (turned off) once the temperature drops below 32° and will be de-winterized (turned on) in early spring when the temperatures warm up. When the water to the spigot is turned off, there will be a jug of fresh water on the back steps for your use. There is a garbage can with a plastic bag in it for discarding your poop bags, on the left side of the door to the shed. Please knot your poop bags. The spigot on the right front of the shed is not potable but can be used for cleaning or cooling your dog down. The spigot tends to spray, so stand as far to the left as you can when turning it on if you don’t want to get wet! This system will be winterized (turned off) during the winter months. New toys will be added and rotated on a regular basis. They can be found in the plastic bin on the patio table. Please feel free to help yourself to what is in the bin. After each use, I wash and sanitize each of the toys. Please try to keep your dog from laying in the decorative grass around the perimeter of the sunroom. In the winter, please try to keep your dog(s) from the flowerbeds that are on the perimeter of the yard in front of the fences. Those areas tend to get muddy in the winter months, but are full of flowers in the spring/summer. The wooden bench in front of the garden recently became wobbly, and it may not be stable to sit on. I am looking into getting it fixed.
