We are conveniently located off of Hwy 360 and Broad street in Grand Prairie. Enjoy our fully fenced yard with an inground pool. If your dogs can't swim please don't let them in the pool without a life jacket on. If they can swim or have their life jacket on they are welcome to take a jump into the pool. Maximum of 2 humans per dog. Maximum of 3 dogs. No children under the age of 13 please because of the pool on the property. Host will generally meet guests and welcome them only if you ask to meet. Humans are allowed in the pool to play/support your dogs. All pool activities must be dedicated to your dogs. Human pool parties or gatherings are not permitted even if dogs are present. Big or small, all dogs are welcome. Your dogs will be the only dogs using the yard during your visit. The pool water features will be off when you arrive. Please let me know if you'd like them on if your dog will be swimming. Some dogs are afraid of the water noises and prefer just the pool pump on. We have complementary snowcones as well. If you would like snowcones please let me know so i can have the ice, syrups, cups and spoons/straws ready for you.

The property is just over 8 acres and fully fenced with barb wire cattle fencing. The portion of the property around the house has more secure wire mesh fencing! We have lots of seating available, we just ask you don't come onto the porch for our dog's sake (: The property has meadows, trees, walking trails, and a pond for you and your pup to enjoy! A brand new roof Extention was just added. 440 square feet of cover that is a life saver through the summer months! Rocking chairs and hammocks are available as well. So that you have a comfortable place to sit and watch your pet run and enjoy the space.

I am a horse trainer and you and your dog will be entering a horse training environment, complete with horse poop. 🤣 This spot is best suited for medium to large dogs who mind pretty well. Perimeter of the 36 acres is mostly mesh fenced but your dog could get under electric fence and in with the horses if they do not listen well. The back acreage/hiking trails are horse free and have varied terrain and seasonal water in the creek to play in. I have 2 fully mesh fenced front pastures for dogs who's behavior is questionable around horses and goats. This is not a safe off leash environment for a dog with no recall. This is a wonderful environment to show your buddy new friends and let the high energy dog play.
