A private acre property with years of love tended to it. One 1/2 acre fully fenced adjacent to home with access to back 1/2 acre that’s all open space. Plenty of space for large and small dogs alike to run, explore, play, train and enjoy the variety of places to Sniff. There is a lot to smell and hunt for (nature and critter scents) Ample space and fence is secure. Our dogs are small so we ensured no gaps or lifting and check regularly. Behind the shrub line by house is the same; fully fenced and secure. The pups try to find squirrels back there sometimes. The Unfenced Back half part of our property continues all the way to the south tree line. There are apple trees where deer feed, sand hill crane family visits and other wildlife pop up at times, so good sniffing there. At the tree line there is a pathway to a field and the school’s baseball diamonds. That become public property fun for the dogs to explore, especially on long leads, and commonly used. Dogs must be on leash anytime outside of the fenced area. The Oak Creek Parkway trails are also close by for longer walks. As a Thank you for choosing to visit Magnus & Peppers Sanctuary 🐾 there is a table on the deck with toys, treats for pups and humans, bottled water and more for your use. There is also a refilling dog water bowl cleaned between uses. Yard is regularly walked and guests have been wonderfully respectful of not leaving pup presents 💩 behind 😊 Note: guest allowing dog(s) to lay down in and/or trample decorative landscape has recently caused damage. If it’s noticed we ask to simply encourage them to lay next to it as opposed to on it. There plenty of comfortable shaded grass. We often utilize the shaded grass areas to lay in ourselves to bond with our pups 🌳 We do our best to accommodate all requests, even ones not listed. Welcome to Maya’s Meadow Retreat! A place for those doggies that need their own private backyard! The yard is fully enclosed with a 6 foot vinyl fence with plenty of grass space for your pup to run! We know it’s important for dogs to have those experiences off leash, sniffing, playing, and getting some good exercise in!

A big back yard with a 6' privacy fence. There is a big driveway you can pull into and walk right into the back yard. I have balls and more toys availible. Water bowls and a small pool. Have a safe fun place for your dog to train or just get the zoomies out.

We have mowed trails and a river to jump in on a hot day! We have an upper field and a long dirt road to run down. We do have three dogs of our own who are all very nice. If your dog is aggressive we would need to know before hand. Please see photo for a glance at our marked trails. :)
