Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. Whether you wish to sit in the shade or play in the sun, we hope you enjoy your visit to our yard!

Large fenced in yard. Easy location - right off highway. Plenty of parking. Shaded spots, water bowls and toys available for dogs to use. Chairs for owners.

welcome to Doggy Paradise! Here at the “zoo”, we have 8 rescue dogs of our own, and we love nothing more than to share the fun of our yard with others! We had a human reactive/dog reactive german shepherd, malakai, who unfortunately passed away before we knew about sniffspot, so in honor of him and other dogs like him, offering our yard is something i’m passionate about. in our .24 acre fenced in yard, we want to be inclusive as possible for all dogs and all owners. with that so, what we have to offer in our yard consists of: -an accessible fire pit, with comfortable seating and a gate to separate dogs from any hazard with the fire pit. -pool is open in the summer, all we ask is that you do not let your dogs claw at the liner (stairs are available). if your dog isn’t a fan of a real pool, we have a dog size pool as well. pool latter will most likely be up due to safety precautions, just take it down. -agility equipment! including 3 jumps, a tire jump, a tunnel, 2 sets of weave poles, and and A frame! -plent of room to play fetch, tug of war, chase, etc -tall sturdy fencing (with the exception of a few *single* panels loose due to weathering. most of the fencing on the property is 6 ft, with the exception of maybe 9 feet being 5 ft on the side. -dog water from CLEAN bowls -plenty of access to both shade and sun -turf and path around deck -very quiet neighborhood -access to hose and pooper scooper -WE HAVE A K9 BLOWER!! no stress when your dog is soaking wet out of the pool. -lots of parking -wide variety of toys, such as balls, frisbees, flirt poles, rubber toys, chuck its and ropes. neighbors dogs are *occasionally* out. they are only visible if you go out of your way to look through the cracks in the fence , but you cans hear them rustling around when they walk. in the near future, more agility equipment, a spring pole, And enrichment activities will be added.

Your dog will sleep after chasing their ball back and forth. Plenty of room to build up speed for a great exercise run!

Give your pup a cool break at our 4 acre partially fenced private dog park over 100 meters from the street with water, grass, woods and more! Human friends can take a break in the shade and watch for some of the magnificent birds that also visit the river while your pup is having the time of it’s life. Private parking onsite. *** This is a “carry in carry out” “park!” Please take your poop bags. I cannot have all the poop :) There is a park with a garbage bag 200 yards from my house if you want to dispose of it quickly. Right out of my driveway, 200 yards on your left. Pull over and toss the bag into the garbage there. **Back patio is off limits. It is not fenced but please respect this space, tables, chairs, etc., as my private space and refrain from sitting/lounging. Please also refrain from in using the swing set. Please do your best to keep pups from running through any plantings! All other space in front yard near the river and backyard grassy area and woods are available to explore! ***I have recently found a lot of poop in my yard. You MUST clean up after your dogs. If it continues I will have to shut down my spot. Please keep a watchful eye on your dogs and clean up their poop. I cannot police the yard after every visitor and clean up their poop. Be respectful of the Sniffspot community and just in general have respect and clean up after your dogs!!!

3 fully fenced acres. Wooded areas, open areas. Plenty of room to stretch & run! Water available. Please note that if you’d like to bring another dog/friend that is not part of your immediate family/household, they must make a separate reservation. No exceptions. Please bring: A PHYSICAL COPY (for me to keep) of proof of rabies, distemper, kennel cough. Printed receipt or photo of current flea/tick and heartworm preventative. A Photo of your license will be taken upon arrival. Please do not bring your pets to this property if they are not feeling well or are currently ill.  This protocol is to keep both parties involved safe!🐾

Lovely fenced-in backyard. Sit on the deck and enjoy nature while your pup(s) play. Water and treats provided for pups. Come enjoy some relaxing time with your fur baby. Improvements under way.

Come let your pups explore off-leash in Northwest Yonkers, just down the road from Hudson River Museum & Untermyer Gardens. Plenty of space to relax, sniff, run, and maybe even chase some squirrels! Patio furniture, hammock during warm months & wi-fi for pet parents to lounge while your dog(s) roam. The hammock is rated for over 300 lbs - move to your desired shade or sunny spot and enjoy but please move it back so the "runway" is clear for the next pups. Summertime brings water features! Doggie pool and splash pad will be available. Please turn off the water when done. Some towels for on-site use will be available, but please bring extras for the car ride home. Playdates and parties welcome! Check the Extras to rent folding tables and chairs so you have less to worry about.
