Description

Fully fenced (split rail with 2”x3” wire paneling), approx 1/2 acre. 8 ft stock pond dog pool with steps in and out. Plenty of shade and sun. Parking right next to paddock for up to 4 cars. (Please note:dog pools are closed from mid October thru mid April). Please do not enter the human swimming pool area. Sniffspot is to the right. We do not have lighting in the spot so please adjust your visits to the seasonal daylight hours.

HOST NOTE

We live adjacent to the Fairfield County Fish and Game (200+ acres) and their gun range. Typically only hear gunfire on Sundays mornings til noon. It’s off in the distance but loud enough that it may startle noise sensitive pups (like fireworks,etc)

Please try to keep dogs from digging holes. I’m not always able to run up and check Sniffspot in between bookings and I don’t want anyone tripping in a hole. I understand it’s natural for some dogs to want to dig but it can be difficult to fill them back up right away

FYI- The pool is now closed and expected to reopen Memorial Day weekend. Fully fenced, secure and private acre of doggy heaven located on a cul de sac. Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy sniffing and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The large in ground pool is uncovered and ready to swim for an additional charge (see below”Extras”). The fencing between the yard and pool is not 100% secure, just keep an eye on your pups. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. There are poop bags, a bowl of water and a basket of toys for you and your pup if you wish. Whether you want to sit in the shade or play in the sun, there are multiple seating areas. Driveway and Street parking with easy access to the spot.

Tucked behind our house, It opens to an oasis we have 3 dogs that are all super friendly so if you want a dog to sniff and socialize this is the place for you. We have a French bulldog, and 2 mixed dogs all friendly! We have a pavilion you can sit in while your dog sniffs. We always have coffee, tea, and water for humans and water bowls for the dogs. The yard is not all fenced so we recommend dogs that come on command or the owner leashes them if necessary. Feel free to ask any questions or take a look before you book!
