Description

Dog friendly campground here! We have a gated leash free dog park with an additional 8 acres of on leash walking space. We’re conveniently located right off i-5 in a nice wooded space. We also have bathrooms, a country store for refreshments and snacks with wifi as well as a playground for the kiddos. Stop into the store and say hello before making your way to the dog park. We have a camp dog Guapo, that hangs out in the office with us.

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.

    Great spot to stop if you’re traveling through 1-5, they have a lovely campground with a store, cabins, bathrooms, etc.!

    Great space for our 3 dogs. Fence was sturdy and no gaps. There's water spickets but be sure to bring a bowl! If you come when the camp is closed, there's another driveway down the rd.

    A perfect spot for road tripping dogs! If you’re on the I-5 over the holidays, you know how crowded the rest stops can get, and with two large dogs I felt that this was a better option and it was by far! Great for ball throwing and the campground was very quiet so we walked around. Cute and convenient!

    Park was clean and very secure. Just big enough to throw a frisbee! :) Poop bags were also available. Campground itself was also very quiet so we did a loop around. All in all a peaceful outing for the pups!

Hello!!! What a wonderful site I found! We have 17 acres in Sams Valley and it is split between several pastures. I do have dogs that are locked up as well as a plethora of farm animals. During the wet season, I have a pasture with a pond that is filled with seasonal rain. This pasture has field fencing and electric fence. I also have a pasture that is just field fencing, about 3 acres and no pond. Long range chuck it. The back side of this pasture is not fenced and backs up to a large hay field across a deep seasonal creek. We are close to Raineys Corner Market. It is a good way to expose your dogs to a wide open spot, work on recall, let them swim and stretch and wear them out for a good long nap. Feel free to ask any questions! I will be updating with photos soon. The pastures are surrounded by my horses and the neighbors horses .. it is YOUR responsibility to keep your dogs from wandering in to their space. Again, feel free to ask any questions.
