Our dogs had a wonderful time. The building is clean and safe. I highly recommend this location.
So much fun for the dogs and human! Sam was very accommodating and gave us all the information needed with clear instructions. The facility was a perfect spot for my two boxers. We were able to practice with some agility equipment which was great for our girl who enjoyed that and our boy who is fearful of things was exposed to new equipment and did great! We also worked on obedience skills and had some play time. Two tired pups! Thanks again to Sam for making it possible.
It’s the perfect spot for working with my young dog and practising our obedience homework. Enclosed and safe…bonus that it’s close to home!
Great instructions for arrival and entry to the space. My pupper had an absolute blast being free to run and sniff, loved bounding up to the mirrors to look at herself❤️
We had a wonderful time! The facility was full of fun equipment to use and try out. We’ve never tried jumps or poles before and this was a great way to test it out!
It was cool inside! The temperature was between 28-32 degrees outside (our time was 11am-1pm), but with the windows open and 2 huge fans going it was comfortable! The mats on the floor were wonderful, the dog tumbled a few times, but didn’t hurt himself or yelp. It was very quiet and peaceful. Great place to start agility training with your dog.
This was a fun spot to visit. My pup and I both enjoyed trying out the agility jumps. Sam was very friendly and helpful.
Clean and the hostess was kind and helpful! Great space to train your dogs and have some fun on the agility equipment!
My dog had a blast. Great thing to do on a rainy day:)
Host replied: Glad you had fun! Anything we could do to make your visit 5 stars next time?
Fantastic space! Great for training, or just goofing around. There's some equipment to use also, which makes it more fun. Excellent communication from Sam. My dog had a blast and got to stretch her legs before we headed out of the city. Would definitely recommend!
Host replied: Thank you! Glad you had a great time with your pup. Have a great trip!

***IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD*** 5 acres of open fields, as well as old growth forest to romp and play for hours. Front of the property has 5 foot chainlink fencing and is fully secured from the road. Side of the property is mostly bush, so not easy to escape from. Supervision is required.
WEATHER ALERT: If you are checking the weather online check the Ferndale (98248) weather. The Bellingham weather stops at the Smith Road. My prevailing wind is from the South BUT I do get the cold NE wind from Canada. NOTE: This is an acreage area which formerly held dog events; barn hunt, earth dog, carting, rally, obedience, tracking and nose work. The off leash area was set up for the dogs to have a place to run and play safely away from the other dogs when not working. This is all sandy loam so no standing water even when it rains. There is a water faucet down by the smaller barn (west side). You are welcome to fill your dog's bowls. Just be sure you turn the water off after. I have put some folding chairs just inside the big door of the barn. You are welcome to use them. I have also put a shovel out there so you can fill in any holes your dog digs. It is important you put balls back in the crate, they do not do well under the mower (the mower doesn't like it either. Please fill in any large holes your dog digs, so my mower doesn't bog down in one. if you want a bit more room to run your dogs, you may close the 2 big gates and let your dog run in the "parking area". It is all fully fenced. Be aware, the big gate into the back pasture does have a gap under it. THE BACK PASTURE IS OFF LIMITS THERE IS LIVESTOCK BACK THERE! PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG EVEN IN THE BIG AREA. THANK YOU!!!
***Charges are in USD*** The fenced area contains our home. We do not enter the spot during visits. We are excited to supply a safe space to exercise and train your dogs. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have! We have a small white bench in the yard, but please let me know if additional seating is needed. 🌲🌳🐕 We also have unfenced areas that are included in the booking. They feel quite secure as they are surrounded by bush which acts as a bit of a natural fence (less so now that it is fall). I do encourage all guests to explore the unfenced areas as well as they add so much more space and variety, even if it is just once and on a leash/long line. Off West Pole Road, there’s a little lane next to a DeWildes nursery field. Our front field has a hidden gate (see pictures!) that will let you into our fully fenced front field. The grass is field grass and a little more rough and uneven than a yard lawn, i.e. diggers welcome!!
