What Makes This Spot Paw-some: Size & Layout: Over 2 acres of usable fenced pasture (part of our full 8-acre property), flat and grassy with plenty of room to run. Ideal for high-energy dogs, reactive pups or multi-dog families. Fencing: Secure 4-5 ft perimeter fencing (no gaps—we’ve double-checked for escape artists!). Small shelter for shade or rainy-day lounging. Amenities: Fresh water, waste station with bags & disposal, kiddie pool for cooling off on hot days, shaded seating bench for you. Bring your own toys, balls, or agility gear or use ours —there’s space for training or just pure play. Note: on the few occasions when the temperature is below freezing we have to turn the water off so please bring a water bottle for your pup on those days. We offer a farm setting open field with loads of room for both dogs and their people. Private fenced parking area off the street. Enter off 248 Street at 5245 248 Street. Our park is fully fenced with both big and small dogs in mind. We have added a permanent shelter from both sun and shade complete with a picnic table and seating for you. There is a play structure to keep your kids busy. Welcome to our SUMMER PROGRAM starting April 1st. Our summer program includes fun, parkour and agility equipment to learn and bond with your dog. Bring treats for training! There is also a box of toys and a lost n found available. Water is provided. Please use the pooper scooper to pick up after your dogs. There is plenty of room to play ball or practice obedience or run. This is a farm setting but we are in a residential area so please cognizant of noise either by humans or dogs. You're welcome to use our basketball court while your dog enjoys their playtime (just let me know beforehand, as I can leave an inflated basketball out). We also have a tether tug, offering your dog endless tug-of-war! We've also stocked various toys for your pup, including frisbees, Nerf guns, tennis balls, and more. Please let me know if you have any questions! When you place a booking, you will receive the yard's location and instructions on how to enter it. Please NO HUMANS on the dog equipment. It’s a peaceful and private spot for dogs to roam freely, unwind, or play to their heart’s content. Whether you’re looking for a safe place to let your dog run or just want a change of scenery, or wanna throw a big doggy picnic party, we welcome you to enjoy our property! For just an extra $5 charge, we will set up a fire for you to sit around and enjoy while your puppy is having pleasant adventure. If I am home, rest room will be available 😊 There is also a hose available by the garden. Lastly, I keep the Sabbath so if you book after Sundown Friday I will send you the instructional videos Saturday night. Coming here will feel like you are in the country with the beauty of the mountains, a field to run in and a trail to hike in. *Please note that the acreage is a total of 86 acres including the crop areas. There is very little time that the crop area is restricted. When the pumpkins are grown, it is fun to walk up the rows and we welcome the pups to be in there, take photos etc. If you visit during planting, we ask the dogs stay out of that area as that can damage the crop. There is lots of space to run and walk/hike. The perimeter trail is approximately 3.5km. There is short grass, tall grass the dogs can go in and out all over the field in the front and middle of the property. As well as up the hill trail.

LAPS Sniff Spot

This space has some a covered sitting area with bench, poop bags and a disposal bucket. Great spot for throwing the ball with the chuck-it, digging box (please don't let them take ALL the sand out) and a climbing apparatus for the dogs away from the fence line. Only vaccinated dogs use this space. Park and go straight to the front fenced yard for your time period. We ask that you do not walk your dog around the property or bring them into the shelter - only to and from the yard. There is a no "nose-to-nose" rule at the facility and no dog is too be off leash on the grounds unless contained in the fenced yard. Public washroom available while your dog is contained in your vehicle, inside the shelter between 9am and 5:30pm.
