DEEP SNOW HERE! AT LEAST A FOOT OUT BY THE GATE. WOULD SUGGEST WAIT UNTIL WE GET SOME WARMER WEATHER AND RAIN. WEATHER ALERT: If you are checking the weather online check the Ferndale (98248) weather. The Bellingham weather stops at the Smith Road. My prevailing wind is from the South BUT I do get the cold NE wind from Canada. NOTE: I have a new young dog who is still learning about socialization and is a bit on the vocal side. I apologize if this is a problem for your dogs. I will try to keep her under control. This is an acreage area which formerly held dog events; barn hunt, earth dog, carting, rally, obedience, tracking and nose work. The off leash area was set up for the dogs to have a place to run and play safely away from the other dogs when not working. This is all sandy loam so no standing water even when it rains. There is a water faucet down by the smaller barn (west side). You are welcome to fill your dogs bowls. Just be sure you turn the water off after. I have put some folding chairs just inside the big door of the barn. You are welcome to use them. I have also put a shovel out there so you can fill in any holes your dog digs. It is important you put balls back in the crate, they do not do well under the mower (the mower doesn't like it either. Please fill in any large holes your dog digs, so my mower doesn't bog down in one. The garden is done for this year so if you want a bit more room to run your dogs, you may close the 2 big gates and let your dog run in the "parking area". It is all fully fenced. Be aware, the big gate into the back pasture does have a gap under it. THE BACK PASTURE IS OFF LIMITS THERE IS LIVESTOCK BACK THERE! PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG EVEN IN THE BIG AREA. THANK YOU!!!

This is a fenced in backyard located in North Vancouver. There is a spot in the back for digging and a place to run in the summer. We have a hose and a sprinkler and a little patio area to sit and let your dog run around while you hang out! There is also a sheltered area in case it’s raining for you to stand under!

It is peaceful and quiet there is no road noise .It is spectacular and a safe peaceful place to walk and play with your dog companions. Pull in at the west driveway of the Farm following the tree planted driveway to the field. Park in the grass area before you cross the ditch , before you cross into the berry field.

We are located in the Roosevelt neighborhood of Bellingham. Our "back 40" is a mostly maintained lawn with several trees for shade and a covered back porch for resting. Two sides of the "back forty" are bordered with a 6 foot cedar privacy fence. The far back of the yard borders a city watershed with a 6 foot chain link fence. Deer can often be spotted on the watershed but will leave the area once you and your fur baby arrive. Please consider posting a picture of you and your dog playing on our back forty. :)

Fully fenced 20 acre space with a large front field and 10 acres of woods in the back with maintained trails throughout. There are seasonal streams & ponds in the woods during the wet season with foot bridges & woodchips that keep mud to a minimum on the main trails. Expect a dirty dog, especially if they like exploring nearby mud/ water - yard hose available. Waterproof traction footwear recommended, especially during & after rain/snow, freezing temps.
