Description

A Private Backyard for Your Pup to Run & Play 🐾 Enjoy a spacious, fully fenced private backyard where your dog can run, sniff, explore, and burn off some energy without the crowds of a public dog park. The yard is mostly grassy with plenty of open space to run, mature trees and greenery for shade, and a quiet neighborhood setting. There is also a park directly across the street, making our spot conveniently located for a fun outing with your pup. Our backyard is family-friendly and has some children’s play equipment, but there is still plenty of open lawn for dogs to enjoy. A hose is available, and you’re welcome to bring your dog’s favorite toys. The yard is private during your reservation, so you and your dog can enjoy the space without sharing it with other visiting dogs. Our resident pup, Moose, is a friendly, playful 6-month-old Border Collie/Lab mix who loves making new dog friends. If your dog is friendly and you’d like them to have a supervised playmate, send me a message before your visit! We can see if Moose would be a good match. We want every pup to have a safe, fun visit and leave happy and tired! 🐶

* 🐾 Please stay within the designated fenced Sniffspot area. Do not enter any other part of the property. * 🚪 There are two side-gate entrances available for accessing the Sniffspot. Please use the side gates rather than going through the house. * 🏠 Please do not enter the house for any reason. * 🚗 Please do not enter the garage. * 🚫 Please do not go around to the back or other areas of the property that are outside the designated Sniffspot area. * 🔒 Please make sure the gate is securely closed when entering and leaving. * 💩 Please pick up after your dog and dispose of waste properly. * 🦮 There is a public park directly across the street! If you leave the fenced Sniffspot area, please make sure your dog is securely leashed before heading across the street. The park can also be a fun bonus for families visiting with kids! * 🐕 Dogs must be friendly and safe around other dogs if you’d like to arrange playtime with Moose. * 🐶 Moose playtime is optional and by arrangement only. If your dog is friendly and you’d like a playmate, feel free to message me and we can see if Moose is available. * 👀 Owners are responsible for supervising their dogs throughout their visit. We just lost our pup of 14 years and would love to help you with a safe yard that is fully fenced in south Wichita, KS. There is a swing set for the kids, ample running room for large and small dogs, along with a hill. See pictures for the terrain and layout. Feel free to use the water hose and spray down your pup or let them drink from it. Please turn off the water once you are done. I have 2 young kids, they may love to watch or even step out and play as long as you say it’s ok. All I ask is to be respectful of our property and cleanup after yourself. You can use the trash can with the green lid on the side of the house to deposit the doggy waste bag. If you have questions or need anything, please let us know. Have fun!
