Very nice Sniffspot with lots of shade, play pools, toys. Everything looks well maintained. Host offers cold drinks on the patio and shampoo for the dogs. Fence is in check with no gaps which is a plus.
Thanks for opening your yard to us, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and know our dogs did too :-)

Wonderful clean, quiet, large spot. Amazing owner is gracious enough to share their home with strangers. I will definitely come back! To others who make use this spot, pick up after your dogs and yourselves, make sure your recall is active (people like to ride bikes on the near by road and neighbors have dogs), and always know what your dog is doing (no digging as holes are a trip hazard). Please do not screw this up for the rest of us.

This yard is absolutely huge! We brought our 40-lb mixed breed dog that is high energy and she had an absolute blast playing frisbee and zooming around the yard. As described, the yard is divided into two sections. The first section alone is more than enough for several dogs to play around in or play some frisbee/fetch. The second section is an awesome addition stretching far back, where my dog had fun sniffing around and exploring. I highly recommend visiting this yard!

Angie’s yard was wonderful! The whole yard was securely fenced and she had a large bowl of fresh water out and ready. Our dog and her friend had a blast running around. This space is a great option for a large, private space without other dogs. The neighbors’ chickens were out for a bit, so just something to be aware of if your dog has any drive. Angie was wonderful- prompt and helpful in her communications. We will definitely be back, and may even reach out to Angie for boarding at some point. Great experience!

Very large fenced yard that was safe and secure. We were surprised how large the yard was and our dog spent a lot of time exploring and smelling. Neighboring yards are set a ways off. Fresh clean water was provided in a large dog dish. Nice parking with a side entrance to the back yard. This was the prefect yard for wearing out our dog and she had a blast running and smelling.

FAQ about our Jacksonville dog parks
Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 100% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Jacksonville area are 5 stars.
