25I wanted to love this spot, I really did. First, the directions to get into the area are confusing. To make it more confusing, I received a message that contradicted the instruction given on Sniffspot. I messaged back within minutes asking for clarification and never received a response from the host. Thankfully, when I got there they had left almost all the gates open so I was able to easily find my way into the correct spot. There are tons of gates to go through to get to the area, which made me feel really safe to let my dogs just do their thing. If they happened to get out or squeeze through a gate, they’d have multiple more to go through before getting outside. This is the only positive of the entire experience. Now, the space itself. The listing says an acre, and it’s nowhere near that. I would have never rented it, because the area is smaller than my own yard, so I’m really disappointed there. If I would’ve actually thrown the ball like I was hoping to do, it would’ve went clear over the fence into the property across the street. My biggest issue is that the listing says the area is lit at night, and it absolutely was not. There are lights, but they aren’t on, there’s no directions to turn them on, and I didn’t want to go searching for it and seem like I was snooping around. If you have a small dog, bring a water bowl. My weiner dog couldn’t get her head over the edge of the bucket so I had to tip it for her. The area was free of previous dog poop, so no cleanliness issues for us. The water bucket was filled with fresh clean water. There were even a few toys left out for the pups to play with. I went into this hoping that it was just a couple bad visits and I took videos for a tiktok review hoping to get the rating up a little, but the reviews were on point. (Minus the cleanliness being an issue) Unfortunately, we won’t be back to this one.
35It has some obstacles out and many you can put up, I didn’t see any pet waste at all, but unfortunately we took our puppy out for some work on a new agility course but he could not focus, he was terrified of the loud compressors next to the fence from the collision shop as well we could smell the paint fumes really strong. We went in the evening and forgot bug spray so we really were just being eaten up by mosquitoes and gnats, that’s my fault for choosing that time probably but e couldn’t really do any training so we just did since walking around until the puppy calmed down but I think the environment is just too busy for a focused session. If you need a place to let dogs just play and rough house it’s fenced in good so that would be a good reason to choose this place. We didn’t stay long, but glad I got to at least try it out once.
25Unfortunately this place isn’t clean and there was a lot of dog waste in areas as well as broken equipment. Host messaged me to park in the back which is fine, but good luck finding a way inside (this should be included in details). We won’t use this one again, but hoping to find more out there. Take bug spray if you do book this one.

Hazards

We are a large daycare, boarding, grooming and training facility, which is why you can only use the facility after hours. Therefore, every day the area will have been well used before after visit, so I cannot ensure that there will be no holes. The staff will try to pick up all the poop, and refresh the water for you though!

Host replied: I’m sorry the neighboring business distracted your pup. They close at 6, so maybe a later booking time or Sunday would be ideal for you.
