The property is a small working farm on Johns Island with goats, chickens and ducks. There are 20+ acres of undeveloped land. Approximately half of it is fields that aren't currently planted. Some of the fields are cut low and some are high grass with lanes cut through them. The other half of the property is woods. There are also several ponds. The property is perfect for training dogs to track or retrieve or just to let them explore.

Private completely fenced in yard. 1 off street parking spot. No other dogs. Quiet neighborhood. Yard can be muddy after rain. Hose, sprinkler, table & chairs, hammock swing. No more than 2 dogs at one time, please.

Use our entirely fenced in Agility course and play yard before or after daycare and training hours. Check back as training hours May change. Must park in back parking lot off of Calhoun street. Take the side street by the national cemetery and turn behind the boat dealership. Our parking lot is right beside the boat dealership. Beautiful spacious safe, secure, fully fenced property in Knightsville,SC with parking, your private entrance & extra's for you and your Fur-Baby(ies). With Plenty of "Sniff, Run & Fun", it's Paws-itively going to be a good day! Forgot Toy's, balls, chuck-it's, Frisbee's, ropes, Water, Bowl/Bucket, No problem! Maybe even a treat or two or a tree bungee tug-n-pull, or a fake fire hydrant, how about some agility? There's plenty provided like hand sanitizer, spray disinfectant, paper-towel, rags, etc. Please check out some of our pics and be sure to schedule a visit. We are pretty sure you will agree, its a lovely spot for you to OFF LEASH your baby(ies)!!! You can even take a load off and just sit & relax for a few, at the table, with chairs and umbrella, while the sniffers-sniff, runners-run and players-play!! We also have a few extras for purchase, should you be interested. The Play Yard is large, open space at over a 1/4 acre! The grass (no mulch here!) is fully enclosed with 6-foot chain link fence and privacy screening. When you book your time, it is 100% yours and no other dogs will be in the Yard. The concrete bench on the far end of the yard is naturally shaded by the trees. Plus there is a shaded area next to the shed with two chairs and a small table. The community toy basket includes balls, wubbas, west paw bumpers, frisbees, and toss rings for everyone to share. NEW: You can also add on a new toy for your dog, if you prefer. Please see photos for options and prices ($2-$6). Dogs love running through the tunnel, cooling off in the puppy pool, and digging in the sandbox! Poop bags are provided and hanging at intervals around the fence. A hose is available in the back left corner of the Yard and 2 water bowls. I know how the Charleston weather can be, so I offer a "rain guarantee". If you get rained out during your scheduled visit time, I am more than happy to reschedule for you within 2 weeks. For the humans, sunscreen, bug spray, and a first aid kit are available if needed. I have one full fence area where the swimming pool is, two ranch fence areas. Between half an acre and two acre. Bring your fury baby and play with him/her in the comfort of a private place.

We own over .5 extra acres between our house and the river. There is a fresh water spring between the lots. There are community cats here. Please do not let your dog chase the cats. We own a small dog who is available to play with friendly non defensive dogs.

Fully fenced in backyard. Plenty of trees surround the property so it’s quite shaded.

Quiet and peaceful area for dogs to run and play. If your dog plays well with other dogs, my dog can play with yours. The back yard is fully fenced in with a 6’ privacy fence and a patio couch. There is a kiddie pool available and a dog bungee tug of war rope. Parking is allowed in the driveway or on the street.

Trampoline, fire pit and stepping stones also in yard along with swing set and hammock stand pictured. Stock pictures from buying house with empty yard, will add more updated asap with yard items. Decent size yard for running and play. I have young dog inside house she will bark at window. :)
