Small working farm on Johns Island

I have had my spot mostly closed for a little while due to family issues. I have started to open the calendar up more and more, however. If you don't see any time open on the day you would like, message me, and I may be able to accommodate you and open your desired time slot. The property is a small working farm on Johns Island with goats, chickens, geese and ducks. There are 20+ acres of undeveloped land. Approximately half of it is fields that aren't currently planted. Some of the fields are cut low and some are high grass with lanes cut through them. The other half of the property is woods. There are also several ponds. The property is perfect for training dogs to track or retrieve or just to let them explore.

The fenced in yard has comfy St. Augustine grass, several trees, and backs up to protected wetland (no neighbors behind the house). The yard is large enough to play fetch, get the zoomies out and enjoy a beautiful Charleston day. It’s also small enough that you can always have eyes on your pup(s) - kids are more than welcome too!! There are several benches, a sunken fire pit (we have a cover over it for safety- but can easily be lifted if you wish to use), water hose, table and outlets for use at all times. If needed/ requested, I can put up an umbrella for shade, set up a sprinkler, open the door for restroom use, etc. I work from home and am happy you accommodate, chat, or stay out of your way - whatever your preference is.

There is plenty of "Sniff, Run & Fun," it's Paws-itively going to be a good day! If you forgot Toy's, balls, chuck-it's, Frisbee, ropes, water, Bowl/Bucket, no problem, we got you covered!! Maybe even a treat or two or a tree bungee tug-n-pull or a fake fire hydrant, how about some agility? We have it all covered for you. You can even take a load off and just sit & relax for a few, at the table, with chairs and umbrella, while the sniffers-sniff, runners-run, and players play We do ask, that you "PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR FURBABY(IES)" (Bags & trash can provided) After all, they don't have thumbs and are just going to be way to busy, with all the sniffing, exploring, running & playing.
