What to expect: ✔ Fully fenced yard ✔ No shared dog space ✔ Quiet surroundings ✔ Clean, well-maintained area ✔ Fresh water available Transparency note: We do have a resident dog, but he is always kept indoors and away from windows during visits. Your dog will have exclusive access to the yard. A neighboring dog may occasionally be outside on leash with their owner, but there is no direct interaction and visibility is minimal. Warm-weather perk: During warmer months, a baby pool can be set out upon request for dogs who enjoy splashing and cooling off. Host interaction: I’m happy to meet guests and dogs if requested, or offer contact-free access — whatever makes you and your dog most comfortable.
