Welcome to The AmericanK9 Dog Ranch! We purchased this property in December of 2021 and have made a bunch of dog friendly modifications! Our field is fully fenced in! We have a wide variety of amenities for our guests as well! We have water on site in the right side field, a poop station in field and parking lot, and amazing views. We also provide some toys too! This is truly a dog’s paradise! We hope you enjoy your visit!

*Important Update to this Sniffspot* We’ve recently entered a deal with One Leg Up, a local doggy daycare, where they will be renting out the yard from 10:30am-6:30pm on weekdays, 2:00pm-5:30pm on Saturdays, and 11am-2:30pm on Sunday for their playgroups. We realize this occupies a majority of the available time slots during the week and understand this causes an inconvenience to many of our wonderful clients and loyal members and for that we apologize. However, to make it up to everyone, we will be temporarily lowering our base price to $6/dog/hour and our member prices will be lowered as well until this deal with One Leg Up ends. Clean, huge backyard. The yard is fully fenced. Mostly wood and chain link.

The yard extends from the house to the next street and is fully fenced. It is long enough that my throws don't reach the back fence, although occasionally a ball lands in neighboring yards if mis-aimed or bounced off trees. The yard also has a patio, deck platform, hammock, hammock chair, shed, chairs available, a fire pit, and several trees shading the property. Sticks are plentiful and I've provided a bin with several dog toys. A bowl of water is provided and a hose spigot is just outside of the gate if needed. Upon request I can provide a dog wading pool, sprinkler, and/or a portable agility kit. Regarding accessibility, a wheelchair would be fine onto the patio by the house, but it would be difficult to traverse the rest of the yard.
