Description

Private residence with a nice sized fully fenced in backyard. Screened in porch for owners to use during their time & for shade. One tree in the yard that provides some shade. Dogs can dig anywhere except near the fence line. *if owners are interested in having their dogs play with mine, we can discuss.

My yard is mostly SAND. There is not a lot of grass.

Blow out$20

$20 & up depending on size & coat of dog & is per dog. Can give your dog a quick blow out with my industrial dog blow dryer. Get any sand off, dry them off quickly if they’ve been in the kiddie pool, blow out the dander. Can be done on a wet or dry dog.

Dog nail trim$20

I trim dog nails. Price per dog.

Greetings Dog lovers! After seeing Sniff Parks grow in my community, I decided to build my own. This park is fully fenced with two gates. Herbicide free as we only use natural weed killer. Large lot with plenty of natural shade. The park is seeded with ryegrass. Property is very secluded from the roadway and any distractions, which makes us ideal for dogs that deal with anxiety, or need to be separated from other animals. ••Coming soon•• — additional amenities for guests include chairs will be added and a water supply available for dogs. — A full size obedience course is currently under construction for this park and should be available in the next few weeks. Veteran / Law enforcement operated with the availability for professional dog training per request. **Property is under video surveillance to ensure security for all parties. **

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
