55Great location! Trails on the property are clear and well marked and once we wandered further there were plenty other paths to explore (although a little less defined once you leave Arie’s land.) Great place for a dog to run, smell, roll, and play. Thank you!
55Easy to find and easy to know where to park. My dog had a great time and found a good creek spot to jump in and out of repeatedly. The trails go on longer than we had time for which was nice. The shade definitely keeps you cooler than out in the open sun. We’ll hopefully be back sometime soon!
55Great spot for wooded and totally shaded nature walk. We went near noon time in August and still felt good with a 3. 6. and 9 year old with varying degrees of recall. Skirted the creek area (dogs found some water) that had a distinct path so we wouldn't get lost. The place is huge so my more younger ones wore themselves out. Definitely would go back more often if it were closer to home.

Description

We have 3.3 wooded acres set back from the cul de sac and we back up to Duke Progress public game land. Previous owners created a trail out there that connects to a power line cut and 4x4 trails. You can hike for miles if you want and probably won’t see another person. We have a doggy paradise on our 3+ acres.
