Here are important info to know about our space: ** SNIFFSPOT HIGHLIGHTS ** - fully-fenced/gated - quiet neighborhood - shaded rest areas - outdoor toys (balls, ropes) - water hose nook (expandable hose for quick wash/water refill) - dog wash station (different entrance, left side of garage/driveway, see photos) **ENTRANCE INSTRUCTIONS ** - street park anywhere on Chestnut St or Walnut St - enter through black gate on Chestnut St side (see photos) - private entrance - always keep gate closed behind you ** PAW PARENT NOTICE ** - pick up after your babies highly-encouraged - poop bags in hammock pockets - dog towel upon request only - please alert us if filtered water/bags are out Our dog, Luna, is a VERY friendly and active girl. She also uses her backyard daily so if your puppy needs all the privacy, please notify us so Luna can use a different area. We are always home because we WFH so please feel free to knock on our door. Welcome to 🐾 Ward Bungalow - fully fenced backyard, a private pup park that allows for running and stretching of legs of all sizes! *JUNE 2025: 2 - FAN WATER MISTERS ADDED TO DOG PARK to help cool off from the summer sun! *see photos 29-32* • Grass space for pups alongside outdoor couch seating, lounge chairs, and table seating for people. Evening lighting for playtime at dusk. Available and stocked for pups: plenty of balls and toys - if you’ve forgotten your favorites, water bowls, and water station Other essentials: sanitizing wipes, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, flashlight, umbrella, paper towels, disposal bags, and trash can • We are noticing a few divots in the grass and more prominent yellow spots in the grass coloring, a bit more mud-like areas as we get more visitors - wear and tear on the lawn … please know we take pride in maintaining the space and keeping it clean for everyone! • Mondays early morning & evening and Tuesday through Sunday: front gate entrance Mondays 11:30am-4:30pm: back gate entrance (front neighborhood street sweeping)

There are toys and treats for your dog(s), and chairs for the humans. We also provide a large stainless steel bowl for water. **NOTE: We often have back to back bookings, and as such we might not have a chance to clean and refill the water bowl. Please refill using hose or water provided as necessary. Thank you!!!** We have a 100 foot hose with different sprinkler attachments that you may use as your dog(s) please. 🐕 Nyla's Doggy Paradise 🎾

Welcome to Our Doggy Paradise! 🐾 Our space was thoughtfully designed with both dogs and their humans in mind. You’ll find pet-friendly turf, a fun mini-golf area, a spacious doggy house, and a secure enclosed area if your pup needs a little time alone. There’s doggy furniture, toys, and outdoor seating for the humans to relax while the pups play. We’ve also strung warm lights across the entire backyard, making it a magical spot for evening visits. Plus, we provide treats and essentials to make your dog’s visit extra special! Please Note: • Our doggy fountain is currently leaking and not holding much water so it won’t be full during your visit till it’s repaired. We have several water bowls set up to make up for it. • You may hear a baby during your visit — our home is shared with a little one, so guests must be comfortable with the occasional baby sounds. • To keep things enjoyable and safe for everyone, we’re limiting the number of people per booking to 4. B and G Paraiso Sniff Spot and Pup Amusement Park

Fully- fenced (41-1/2 inches high) front yard open space with orange trees and garden surrounding. Agility equipment is always available. Our pools, large and small can be booked as extras at the time of your reservation. Children’s toys happily provided upon request. Homemade human and doggie treats are available most of the time. 🙂 🐾🐾 We do have nighttime lighting and will open a late evening reservation for you upon request. Outward Hound Level One available as an experience during your stay and can be booked as an extra. Doggie Painting (let your pup’s inner Picasso come out!) is also available and can be booked as an extra. Birthday props available to borrow and listed under “extras”.
