55This is (respectfully) the best sniff spot I’ve ever been to. Directions were clear, the host was super nice, and the property was great. Lots of room, woods, a pond, lots of shade, and a XL field in the sun. My dogs super reactive and heard no triggers while there.

Humble family farmland property pond. 20+ acres securely fenced. Open fields and several wooded trails. All natural fire ant free.

Hazards

Foxes, deer, beavers, otters, reptiles, and squirrels have been seen occasionally on property. Trees and limbs may be down on wooded trails. Burn pile in field and lot being cleared at entry. Please avoid area marked with caution tape.

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.

Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.

Our space is roughly 2 fenced-in acres surrounding a 1-acre surface area pond. This pond is between 1 - 7 feet deep in some places so dogs love swimming and running around. The pond is safe for pups to swim in and drink from! Must be 18 or older to enter the property! We DO have chickens and ducks on the property, but they will be fenced in a separate area during any visits. Please know that we are a very new Sniffspot! We are always working on making things better. Please let us know if you need anything! Parking is on grass, not on concrete. Parking is between the fence and the bush. This spot is not handicap accessible due to the terrain. Please note we DO HAVE A CAMERA in our field for wildlife protection. This camera auto-tracks movement.
