55Great big space to run and play with a nice treed area with a short path! Fully fenced, even had some picnic benches at the front. Host provided a water dish and there were chuck-it’s available as well. There was a chicken coop but it wasn’t visible from the park itself, only from the parking spot. There was animal droppings throughout the area which was listed, so I would avoid if your dog likes to snack on or roll in droppings. There was a pile of scrap metal as well as a pile of ash where junk had been burned, which could possibly be considered a hazard depending on the dog. The scrap is mostly contained to one section so we were able to stay away from it fine. Overall we had a good time and this spot shows great potential! Would probably be my favourite in the area if it wasn’t for the small hazards!
55Quite wet still but with the weather completely understandable. Cassandra sent me a message before hand to warn us, definitely bring your rubber boots if you’re heading there soon. Our dogs had a great time and there was a lot of space for them to run around. Very easy to find as well, and she had a water dish, towels and some toys available at the entrance. We will be back!
25We regularly visit private off leash park and after reading other reviews before booking I was so excited for our first visit here! I expected it to be muddy so was prepared to tackle that. There is a huge field for your pups as well as some wooded areas to explore. Tons of animal droppings were all over the property so be prepared to watch where you are walking This is not a great place if you have a dog that can be dog reactive as the owner had a visitor while we were there and a black dog was seen hanging around them while they chatted in the driveway, the gate to get into the filed is not secure enough to contain a dog if they really wanted to get through. The black dog did nothing other than hang around the people chatting but my dog knew it was there. Due to that I had to hang out with my dogs in the back corner of the property until they left which was about 20 minutes. I’m not sure if the piles of garbage are recent as no one else mentioned it in their reviews however due to there being metal scraps I felt this was an unsafe space for high energy dogs to be in.
55I really like this sniffspot. My dog and I have been here before with my sister and brother in law and their dogs, but this is the first time I booked it myself. As a few others have mentioned, it is pretty muddy right now. Normal for this time of year of course - but I forgot how slippery mud can be!! Learn from my mistakes and take it easy when walking from your vehicle to the gate lol. No sudden moves! That said, the dogs of course had an amazing time running and playing. And everyone had a bath when we got home! More animal droppings than I remembered from the last time I was here - but that’s probably because the snow that had covered them before has melted. Very grateful for the clean towels by the gate, thank you for that thoughtful touch! I’ll definitely be back after it dries out a bit again!
55Definitely a bit mucky, but that's expected given the recent thaw. The space is huge, definitely various animals have been in the field and there are a lot of different animal droppings but it provides a really great sniffing experience. Our pup really enjoyed all the opportunities to take in the different smells, space to run and explore, and overall had a great time. Definitely, will be back but likely when things dry up a bit more. Still a great place to go for now if you have a pair of rubber boots. Only feedback would be that some signage or parking instructions would be helpful to figure out where to go when you get there.
55My dogs had a great time running around & exploring! The space is large with lots of variety in terrain. Chuckit ball launchers at the entrance were a big hit too. Note: rubber boots are needed right now due to all the melting snow. The clean towels at the exit were much appreciated for drying everyone off 😅
55Great space -easy to find - lots of room for my three big dogs. We will be back!
55Fantastic location, great little set up to let your dog have a run or work on recall training.
55Nice space for pups to run.
