The back gate opens to a spacious open field area. • Dog-Friendly Pool: The pool features a tanning ledge entrance, making it easily accessible for dogs. Please brush high-shedding dogs before your visit. • Safety First: Swim at your own risk. Dog life vests are not provided, so bring your own if needed. Please read Sniffspot’s Water Safety https://help.sniffspot.com/article/167-how-to-keep-your-dog-safe-around-pools-and-water • Outdoor Sink: Fill up water bowls and rinse water bowls at the outdoor kitchen sink • Comfortable Seating: Relax in various seating areas around the yard, including bar chairs, lounge chairs, rockers, and a hammock. • No Smoking/Vaping/Alcohol: To ensure a clean and safe environment, smoking, vaping, and alcohol are not permitted. • Pool Use Policy: Only one person is allowed in the pool to assist dogs. Additional people can be added for $30 each. NO EXCEPTIONS • Pet Cleanup: Guests must clean up after their dogs. Poop bags can be found at the gate entrace at the driveway. PLEASE DISPOSE OF POOP BAGS IN THE TRASH CANS IN THE DRIVEWAY. Note on Chickens: We have caged chickens in the yard this year. Additional Rules Pool Safety: No running around the pool. No diving or jumping into the pool. This is a swimming pool and only 6 feet deep. Glass Prohibition: No glass is allowed on the property. Pool Access: The pool is primarily for dogs. One adult can assist dogs in the pool. Only one person per visit is permitted in the pool unless you add additional people in the extras. No children are allowed in the pool due to liability, not even as an extra. No one under 18 is permitted. Huge, fully fenced backyard with 2 access gates. 1 on either side of house, plentiful off street and street parking, with grassy, muddy, and mulched areas! Ample sunny spots and fully shaded areas, people seating, pup (and people) toys, water bowls, poop bags and trash can. Great space for safe recall training. Lots of hidden treasure sniff spots, room for full speed zoomies, some wildlife if you’re lucky, and tons of space to explore. Yard treated with pet/eco friendly lawn products ONLY, also treated for fleas/ticks/mosquitos regularly

Wide open running area for our special friends while you enjoy lounging under a shaded sitting area watching golfers nearby on the golf course. We provide a basket of toys for humans and pups for unlimited fun.

Chase all the squirrels and run till your hearts content! This safe, secure dog space features more than 1/3 acre and is shaded in all the right places. Large deck overlooking the entire yard with a beautiful wooded backdrop. 3 access gates provide easy in and out. Even take your dogs for a quiet walk thru the woods if you want! Run, Jump, Splash, Relax Allow your pup(s) to stretch their legs with our large fenced in yard. We have an extra picket aluminum fence, safe for the little companions to enjoy too. We have a newly built swimming pool with a splash pad and a covered patio which offers plenty of shade. Our covered patio has two ceiling fans, a gas fireplace, comfy patio furniture for five, an outlet for charging phones or laptops, WiFi available, and misting fan available upon request. We also have treats and frosty paws ice cream available upon request and let us know if your pup has any dietary restrictions. Bottled water available for guests and fresh water for pups(frozen bowl or ice cubes available upon request). We do have two medium size dog canopies, a chilly pad, numerous toys for stretching those legs and tiring out your companion. *Please be respectful and courteous as this is our home* *NO glass or alcohol allowed on property *NO smoking of any type *Please clean up after yourself *Thoroughly brush your pup(s) prior to swimming as to reduce the amount of hair in the pool. There is no way they can physically interact with your dog through the fence, but control of your dog must be your priority while walking to and from our secured yard Penny’s Place is exactly what you want to make of it! Nearly one acre of fully fenced, relatively flat, grass. You can run, sunbathe, sniff the few trees, play with the hose and kiddie pool, whatever your pup’s heart desires! Check out our discounted membership options for extra savings Rain policy update: please anticipate our spot to be closed after rain to allow it to mostly dry in order to avoid damage to grass. This could likely be anywhere from 1-3 days post rainy days HOURS: we close nightly at 10pm and reopen the following morning at 6 am.

Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. We recommend you bring towels to dry your dog ,bug spray and sunscreen during warmer months. We’d love to welcome you to our place. We used a non-toxic dye in ponds  in early March to give shade for the large Koi. It helps protect them from the blue herring until the summer grass comes in. It has almost completely faded, and it’s safe for fish plants, domestic and wildlife just a little heads up. our grandchildren swim in it. So feel safe.
