There are a ton of good and bad things a out this location. The backyard is very large and has a ton of different areas to smell and run around in and it's in a reasonably quiet neighborhood. What makes it not a 5 star is that the resident dogs kept looking around the curtain of the porch glass door and barking at my dog for the first 15 minutes of the spot, which made it very hard to get my dog to disengage and have a enjoyable time. I ended up leaving 20 minutes early because by the time I got my dog to forget about the dogs barking at her though the door the neighbors dog walked up to the shared back fence and wouldn't leave and kept wanting to play with my dog. If your dog is smaller and wouldnt mind distractions this is a good stop to go to but if your dog is dog reactive or dog selective this may not be the spot for you.
I think this spot depends on your dogs and what you are used to and hoping for with sniff spots. The upside is it’s a large open area so if you need a place for a dog to chase a ball and really get going in a run, you’ll find. It’s a big space. For us there were a couple downsides. 1. Although fully fenced there is a spot with a debris pile and there isn’t much fence that would keep a jumper from going over. 2. In addition there were a couple dogs inside the house that didn’t like us being there and barked continuously at the sliding glass door. One is a big shepherd and I felt bad that it was upset. 3. I like to walk the perimeter of sniff spots while my two older huskies explore and there is A LOT of big piles of poop at the back fence. So overall, this spot has potential to be great but right now I think it’s a step below.
Easy to find and plenty of space
The yard had so much space for the pups to run full speed. They had a blast.
