55Stephany was wonderful. She met us at the front to say hi and meet. The yard is a long rectangle so my dog had a great, straight and long distance for running back and forth. Toys provided - lots of balls for fetch. I mentioned that we would be doing some training and found that training treats had been left out for us. Hot day but plenty of shade and a big bowl of water was provided. Excellent time. There was a doggy commotion with barking from the neighbors but my dog is deaf so it was not a problem.

55Perfect visit! My dogs loved this spot and so did I. I felt safe letting my dogs off leash within minutes of the visit. As a bonus there were 4 friendly dogs in the neighbor's yard that my dogs ran the fence line with. The chain link fence is covered by screens that are sturdy mesh-like screens, so they can definitely get a hint of a dog park like atmosphere without any worries of dust-ups. The yard is very large, well maintained and clean. Not a doggy landmine in sight. ;) Stephany, came out with treats and water after messaging me first to make sure it was okay. My doggos were happy and tired which was the goal. All in all the yard fully matched the description and I'm glad I paid attn to her notes in advance re the dogs next door so I was prepared for the fun little fence party they had. Bonus! Booking again asap.
55Beautiful, clean, well kept huge long yard! Could not have wanted more! My greyhound does best when running without other dogs chasing him. Stephanie had fresh water, poop bags and treats for us. Also, A picnic table under a shade tree with lots of balls and toys nearby. I was so happy we found her yard and she lives less then 10 minutes from us! Perfect in every way!

Hello! Thanks for checking out our yard! We have a fully fenced city lot in Clawson, MI that is a little less than a half acre. We have a very friendly German Shepherd if you have a sporting pup looking for a good run, but she was also raised with cats and mini schnauzers, if your pup needs a playdate. If you are looking to have the yard to yourself for off leash training etc, it's all yours and she will be inside. We do have neighbor dogs on both sides of us that bark...but they're not outside consistently. We do have privacy screen up to help limit any barking but they will run back and forth along the fence. If your dog is a fence climber, or overly dog reactive, this will not be a good location for you. I can not continually ask my neighbors to keep their dogs inside at certain times so I hope everyone can understand:) We have a dog pool, dog bowls, treats and lots of toys; just let us know what you will need out! *We would appreciate a 2 hour notice prior to coming over as we do use our yard a lot from June to Sept.*

The fence is older and heaved towards the bottom. The privacy screen does help, but the fence doesn't go all the way flush to the ground in certain areas.

The spigot on the left side of the yard by the air conditioner can be used to refill the provided water bowls if they are running low. You can also use any of the toys in the yard, as well as additional toys available in the red cooler on the deck. Feel free to hangout on the deck while your pup(s) play! My husky pup would love to meet you and your pup(s) if you would like. We are excited to welcome you to our spot!
