Large & Beautiful Private Dog Park with Pond & Relaxing Waterfall (or sometimes fountain) In Clearwater. Come enjoy, relax in the hammock, and let your dog play and swim in the pond 😄🐶🎾 Please Note: Water level of pond can vary depending on the amount of rain we have had recently. If you want to know the current status, private message me your number and I’ll send you a picture.

HOST NOTE

The pond has no gators (we made sure of that) and no way for them to access (we reinforced everything like the pipes leading in, and have brand new fence with no holes). Be aware of possible snakes, we see them rarely in the brush, mainly black runners but you never know, so be aware of this. And our pond guy said that anything they use in the pond is safe for swimming and wildlife. There are many small fish, frogs, tadpoles, beautiful birds, and sometimes ducks that fly in to visit. Welcome! 🤗 Doggies can swim and play in the pond, it is safe for swimming (chemical wise and no gators). Dogs may NOT swim in the in-ground pool on the property (luckily it is out of the way, most dogs don’t even notice it). You are welcome to use the small kiddie pool for small dogs or big dog splashing (located in the pool restroom shower). You will need to get it out and fill it with the hose if you want to use it, and please dump, rinse, and put back after 🙏🏼 We have a three car limit, all cars must show up to the community gate at the same time to be buzzed in all together one time. There is a public park across the street with a parking lot if you need to wait for another car to show up. Feel free to enjoy the chairs, swings, and hammock. We ask that you clean up after yourself and your pet. Please leave things as clean as you found them. Please do not pick from or disrupt the garden beds or the fruit trees. Thank you! There are many fish, frogs, and birds to enjoy. There may be snakes (most harmless, but good to be aware as there are poisonous snakes in Florida). Thank you and enjoy our SNIFFSPOT 😊

Human companions will love their spaces as well with plenty of seating options on umbrella covered patio table and chairs or covered deck with cushioned seating, fan and TV. Alexa can be asked to play music outdoors as well. We have lights for evening visits too! Self-service hose with sprayer and pup pool available should you want to fill it up (only halfway please) and towels available. While water features aren’t an extra cost, please do not leave hose running to flood the yard, and be sure water is turned off before you leave so as not to waste water. Rules: Hot tub is not for Sniffspot use, dogs should be kept off cover. Absolutely no digging or destruction of grass. Please pick up after your pet - bags provided. No smoking while on property. There are security cameras present and in use on the property at all times. Out of respect for the dietary restrictions of other dogs, please refrain from throwing any treats in the grass. Please discourage excessive barking so as not to upset neighbors.
