Welcome to Your Pup's New Favorite "Day Date" Spot. Tired of crowded public parks? I get it. Sometimes you just want a safe, relaxing space where your furry family member can be a dog without any drama. That's why I opened The Old Seminole Heights Private Dog Park. Think of it as the perfect "day date" for you and your dog. We've set about a half-acre of natural space for your dog to run, sniff, and play to their heart's content. Our mature trees provide tons of natural shade, so even on a hot Florida day, you can both stay cool and comfortable. This isn't just a place to let your dog off the leash; it's a peaceful sanctuary where you can both unwind. We prioritize safety and a relaxed atmosphere, so you can enjoy some quiet time while your best friend has the time of their life. Come see why our private park is the ideal spot for a little quality time with your favorite pup. Parking arrangements: Please pull right into the driveway. I do ask that you keep your vehicles off of the concrete area in front of the fence right next to the house. If the driveway is not available, pull into the front yard parallel to the road. Back your vehicle up to the big stone. Thanks! There are no trespassing signs throughout the property. They are for warning non welcomed random strangers. Not for guest who have paid and received the address to play. Thank you.

Large backyard oasis for pets and humans to share! Large turf area with Adirondack chairs for the humans and dog toys and water for the pups. The pool is large with a sun shelf for small and large dogs toys cool off. There are lounge chairs and outdoor furniture for humans and dog beds for the pups. The pool is independently enclosed so you control access to that area when entering. The pool is kept at 87 degrees. There are water stations and hoses for the pups in both the turf and pool areas. There is an outdoor fridge for the humans if they want to bring water or drinks and keep them cool. The entire yard is surrounded by a 6 foot wood privacy fence so your pups can run free without distractions. We hope you enjoy our oasis!

I have a large backyard with ample space for playing, as well as a nice lounge area and a table with shade. I would prefer if the dogs went potty either out front of the house (on a leash, since its not fenced in) or in the backyard on the right side of the house by the air conditioning unit, if emergent. This is pictured on my post. (This is where my dog has been trained to go as well.) Main reason is that I would like to keep the backyard as sanitary as possible for my fur baby and yours!
