Secure location. There is plenty of space for pup parents to sit, socialize, or even work. WiFi password can be provided. Amazing space for both pets and humans. Chill vibe in this location.

The pool is heated in winter and chilled in the summer months. There's also a fenced in play area and complimentary off-street parking! Please remember that I am on Clearwater Beach, and traffic can be backed up depending on your timing, so give yourself some extra time. Self-service hose with sprayer and pup pool available should you want to fill it up (only halfway please) and towels available. While water features aren’t an extra cost, please do not leave hose running to flood the yard, and be sure water is turned off before you leave so as not to waste water. Rules: Hot tub is not for Sniffspot use, dogs should be kept off cover. Absolutely no digging or destruction of grass. Please pick up after your pet - bags provided. No smoking while on property. There are security cameras present and in use on the property at all times. Out of respect for the dietary restrictions of other dogs, please refrain from throwing any treats in the grass. Please discourage excessive barking so as not to upset neighbors.
