Description

Welcome to a private country escape where you and your dog can enjoy some space away from crowded parks and distractions. Currently, approximately 1–2 acres are available for guests to explore, play, exercise, and spend uninterrupted time together in a peaceful rural setting. This spot is a work in progress, and I’m actively improving and expanding it.

1. Dogs must remain under their handler’s control at all times. 2. Please pick up after your dog and dispose of waste in the provided receptacle. 3. No digging, cutting branches, or damaging fences, gates, or property. 4. Keep all gates closed when entering and leaving. 5. Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times. 6. No smoking or open flames anywhere on the property. 7. Please respect your reserved time. Arrive and depart promptly so the next guest has a clean experience. 8. Park only in the designated parking area. 9. Aggressive or reactive dogs are welcome, but owners are responsible for preventing interactions with people or other animals. 10. Report any damage or safety concerns before leaving. —————————————————————— * Stay within the marked Sniffspot boundaries. * Do not enter barns or private buildings. * Wildlife, such as deer & (sometimes elk) may be present in the area. * Use the property at your own risk. Hey, I’m Joe & Welcome to Chevy’s Back Forty, a private little piece of East Tennessee where dogs can run, explore, sniff to their heart’s content, and spend some uninterrupted time with their favorite person. This land has been in my family for many years, and it means a lot to us. There’s something about having a little room to breathe, some peace and quiet, and a place where a dog can just be a dog. I wanted to share a piece of that with others. I created this spot to give people a private, welcoming place to spend some quality time with their furry best friends — the ones who just happen to have four legs and a tail. Whether your dog wants to run wide open, sniff every blade of grass, work on some training, or just wander around with their favorite person, this is a place to slow down and enjoy it. Chevy and I hope you feel at home while you’re here. Make some memories, throw the ball a few too many times, and let your best friend enjoy a little piece of East Tennessee. Directly outside of the fence is a table and some chairs. The table should stay in place, but chairs are welcome to be moved so long as they are put back. Parking is available in front of my house on the street. Warnings: - There is a grated drain at the bottom of the backyard!
