Large open wildflower fields. Mowed grass trails. Some wooded trails. Hills and flat areas. Horse pastures are fenced with electric fence( not included in Sniff Spot) No real definite property markers (neighbors mow theirs as lawn, our fields are left naturally) so be aware when off leash.

A beautiful plot of land with plenty of woods and fields to explore. The parking spot was well marked and they provided a bucket of clean water and towels to wipe off our dogs when we were done since it is mud season. 10/10

This was such an incredible spot! We had the greatest time exploring and enjoying the scenery. The dogs loved having the room to stretch their legs and burn some energy! We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful morning we had at Nancy’s picture-perfect farm! My dog and I had a peaceful walk through the mowed paths and the adjacent woods, which were a cool refuge on a warm day. I think my dog had one of the best times ever being able to run around off leash, plus she got to meet a horse (nose to nose) for the first time. Nancy was a kind and generous host and it was great to chat with her a bit. I recommend this spot to everyone!

This spot is incredible! Beautiful meadows and well groomed trails. My dog absolutely loved running around and investigating every inch of it, could have spent the whole day there. Nancy is a fantastic host, even put out bug spray, some cold bottled water, and a bucket of water for the dog!! The location was very easy to find and there’s even a Sniffspot sign at their driveway near the road.

Well maintained property, nice mix of wooded areas and open grassy paths. My dog had a blast exploring off leash. Will be definitely be back!

**Seasonal update! WATER spigot is now OFF. Please bring your own water! I have taken in the pup kiddie pool, the ball pit in, the toys and the jolly ball is down. ** PLEASE PICK UP YOUR PUPS POOP!!! Park like setting in the city! Hose hook up around the corner of house for water for the dog to drink and the kiddie pool. Toys provided and are cleaned regularly with 7th generation cleaner. Outlet to charge your phone if needed to the right of the sliding doors. Poop scooper & garbage pail provided. Bring towel for your pup if they want to play in the water! The entrance can get a little muddy if it has just rained Please return toys to bin and shut the water off if used at end of visit. And please close the gate on your way out. Thanks and enjoy!
