Hi! Welcome to The Pendleton House, home to 2 hooman dog-lovers and owners of an 8-year-old Boston Terrier named Louie and a spacious, 1/2 acre, fully fenced backyard for your furry family members to play to their hearts' content. Surrounded by an 8ft tall fence, the short grass backyard features a pond, two covered patio areas with chairs and a bar, two fire pits, a water feature pond with a waterfall, trees, and a wooded area. The inviting, spacious backyard is perfect for good boys and girls with zoomies or looking to curl up and relax near the pond. The current master of the house, Louie the Boston Terrier, is friendly, affectionate, and loves new friends. Nice to meet you :)

Come, take a walk through my yard, into the woods and down a slope to get to Cazenovia Creek. While down by the creek, you will most likely not encounter another human being. The piece of creek is bordered by Northrup, Transit and the bridge on Southwestern Boulevard. Feel free to explore through the woods in solitude, it is a 10 minute walk down to the creek. I have an unfenced yard, so please have your furry friend on a leash if they are not leash trained. Once you get into the woods, you are more than welcome to go off leash. This is definitely a walk for boots or hikers. If it has been raining, the trail down will be muddy. The walk to the slope is wooded with many obstacles but definitely walkable ducking here and there under a branch.
