Description

5 acres of land to roam on Bowen rd in Elma. There is about 1/4 acre area fenced in with composite tables and chairs to drink coffee, eat or relax while your dogs run around. Smaller children may also enjoy the trampoline and swingset. Behind the fenced in area is a 200x80 foot open and well maintained field followed by a trail system that covers a little over a half mile. The trails can get muddy after a good rain!

Come, take a walk through my yard, into the woods and down a slope to get to Cazenovia Creek. While down by the creek, you will most likely not encounter another human being. The piece of creek is bordered by Northrup, Transit and the bridge on Southwestern Boulevard. Feel free to explore through the woods in solitude, it is a 10 minute walk down to the creek. I have an unfenced yard, so please have your furry friend on a leash if they are not leash trained. Once you get into the woods, you are more than welcome to go off leash. This is definitely a walk for boots or hikers. If it has been raining, the trail down will be muddy. The walk to the slope is wooded with many obstacles but definitely walkable ducking here and there under a branch.
