No pesticides or fertilizer used in space, parvo free, my dog has enjoyed the space without any healthcare concerns for the last two years, I’ve never found a tic on him. Realest of liability required. With half grass and half woods it’s a great place to come be in a private space to play ball or just let your pup run around. No cats in the vicinity that I’m aware of!
