Description

Big private partially fenced open area behind house that backs up to a small creek Located just 2 minutes off main bypass 35/80 between Ankeny and Des Moines. Just under 2 acres and Feels like country in the city. Very safe neighborhood!!! Bring your dog by For a visit! They’ll love the open space to run and chase rabbits, squirrels and birds! 🐕 🐶 🐩 🦴 they’ll enjoy trails, tall and short grass and partially fenced full acre+ to run. We do have 3 chickens 🐓 on property now, that will be securely cooped up out of sight/view during visit🐾

Creek is available to enter, but not easily accessible. Mowed walking trails around property and down to creek, but stickers and burrs are always a possibility, especially off the trails. 😬We have a comb/brush in box to remove any if you get into any. 🪮
