35The yard is nice and large, with plenty of shade coverage for the pups to run around and play. We did have troubles with the address provided - it was on the listing in a weird format: Street Name, House Number, City, State. When I copied/pasted into my GPS it ended up taking me to the wrong location. This may be a bug on the Sniffspot app rather than an issue with the listing itself, but just a heads up to double check the address rather than blindly copy & paste like I did! The parking instructions were also unclear - saying there is street parking the next street over, making it seem like we had to park a block away, rather than being able to park across the street that the house is on. There were also no direct instructions on how to access the yard or which gate to use like I have seen on other listings. We had some struggles in the yard itself, there are quite a few bushes with burrs in the yard. If your dog will stay out of the bushes, this won’t be a problem for you! My dog is very explorative and did come out of the bushes caked in burrs, so I ended up spending most of our reservation just picking burrs off him (thank goodness he is short haired!). Also, there is one spot in the fence near the garage that is short, maybe 3ft tall. My medium sized dog hopped it with no problem. Just an FYI for anyone who has big dogs that are tempted to run off.
55This is such a great Spot. My dogs love that they get to full-out run and there is so much to sniff. Don’t forget to bring some water with you. The only thing is that it says “trash can” in amenities, but I only saw the compost-it toter and a red drum. This is still by far the dogs’ favorite. We will be back.

55Wonderful large yard! Fully enclosed. There were a few winter bushes that hard burs (in case your dogs have long fur like mine—just be prepared to do a little grooming afterwards 😂)
45This is such a great large space! There are a couple dogs along neighboring fences that were barking part of the time we were there, but the fence in those areas was tall and my dog had a good time running along the fence with them. The only downside was that there were some burrs that were getting stuck to my dog's fur, but they didn't seem bother her at all. We will be back again!
55Danny’s spot was great! He communicated well. It was our very first sniff spot so we weren’t sure what to expect. The yard is VERY large. We didn’t even explore all the way down to the end of the L in the yard. I almost didn’t book because I wasn’t sure if 4ft fencing would keep one of my dogs in but the 4foot section is a very small chunk and it looked like almost all of the rest of it was 6 foot (can’t say for certain because we didn’t actually go all the way down). We will definitely be returning again.
55HUGE yard!! great area to take your dog. There is a dog that you can hear barking neighboring one of the fences. not too much of an issue if you have no reactive dog!
45Loved the space itself and the owner replied immediately when I booked the spot. It’s a huge space for them to run and the dogs had a fantastic time. So I feel terrible leaving a negative on this, but I didn’t like that the gate can’t latch. When I realized I left water and extra poop bags in my car, I didn’t feel safe running to my car to get them. My dogs absolutely would have gotten out. I ended up leaving a half hour early because of it. One of my dogs also tried to drink water out of a bucket that had what looked and smelled exactly like a dead fish floating in it. I did not go poking it to find out. I almost gave a three star for that because it smelled terrible. If my dog gets sick in the next few days I’ll know why. Hoping it was just a fish looking toy in dirty, stinky water. Also, if you have long haired dogs, the stickers are going to drive you nuts when you get home. Short haired dogs should be fine!

Gate entrance located on the east side of our home! It is not a locked gate and latches in the holes of a conjoined fence. I will personally unlock the fence to gain access and lock while being used. When the time is up I will open for the guest to exit!
