Description

A little over a quarter acre fully fenced in the heart of old Urbandale. Remote area next to a creek. Our two dogs will be inside at all times, but may bark and whine as you approach. Not visible or audible from the back yard! Neighbors dogs across the creek may be outside depending on the time of day. (There may be some mud on rainy days, we had a fallen tree removed and the excavator tore up some grass at the entrance.)
