1 acre fenced lot. Plenty of shade and sun. Humans can sit on the back porch or in the shade in the wooded area. Water bowl for your pup is provided. There is a rail fence in the front and also some spots around the perimeter that a small dog could squeeze through - yard is more suitable for large or medium dogs.

Yard is fenced, but more suitable for large dogs. Smaller dogs could get out of the railing of the fence in the front. Pick up dog poop. No digging. Have fun!

This was my puppy’s first time ever visiting a Sniff Spot and boy oh boy, she had the time of her life! Living in Downtown Dallas, we don’t get any chances for her to be safely off leash, and even when we do walk her, other off leash dogs always want to run up to her, so we always have to drive in order to walk her safely. This was certainly one of our best experiences- she was able to just freely run and have fun! The space was clean, large, and provided space for sitting and relaxing for both my husband and I and our pup. THANK YOU for the best first SniffSpot experience ever! ❤️🐶

Excellent spot! Made me wish I had a big dog who could run the acre. My 4 medium/littles had a blast. They ran and sniffed their way all over. The grass, gravel, pavement and dirt gave them so much enrichment. They will sleep for days! (Mine found a couple of the spots where they could escape, but they are not keen on running away.)
