Hi, my name is Corrine! I hope you and your dog/s enjoy our backyard. If the outdoor fan isn't set up on the deck, please feel free to grab it from the shed on the north(or left if you are facing the house). You don't need to put it back. I'm sure other guests would enjoy it as well. Open up the umbrella, and take a seat at the picnic table. There are chair cushions for extra comfort. I welcome some feedback or ideas on how to make the space better. I'm new to this sort of thing, so as I learn more I'm sure that the amenities/extras/etc will evolve over time.

Welcome to the Happy Dipper - Top Sniffspot Destination Play Park in Dallas! We Open at 6:00 AM-10:00 PM THE HAPPY DIPPER is a peaceful, fully-fenced, safe, private yard and pool oasis for dogs, situated in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac. We are located in Richardson, 20 mins from Downtown Dallas and 5 miles from UT-Dallas. Plenty of easy street parking is always available right in front, steps from the gate. Shaded Pool with Jumping Board and Play Yard for Dogs. Easy to access, private self-check in. Enjoy this fully fenced spot with pup toys, agility equipment, digging areas, and amenities for both pups and humans. Pool (with stair steps to enter!) with a big sun shade. All pool activities should be dedicated to supporting your dog. Humans are allowed in the pool to play with/support your dogs. ONE support person PER dog. Large grassy backyard that also has a large covered patio for sun shade to cool off, have some water and rest before the next playing session!

This is a fun, spacious spot with a pool available for dogs to use, lots of grassy space for your dog to run around, lighting at night, and different amenities for humans! It's generally best for dogs over 20 pounds because of a small gap under a gate in the yard (see the fencing section of the description), but dogs under this weight are more than welcome to come if this isn't an issue for them! The yard also has lounge chairs (just take the black covers off and then put them back on before you leave) and a outlet for charging (behind the chairs in the shade) for owners, as well as other amenities (see the amenities section).

Enjoy this fully fenced private yard with turf - no more muddy paws! If your dogs can’t swim, please keep them out of the pool. If they can, they’re more than welcome to jump in! Max 2 humans per dog and max 6 dogs and 6 humans are allowed in the spot. More may be allowed on a case-by-case basis and will be charged as extras. Host will generally not greet guests. Our yard shares a fence with our neighbor, who has 2 dogs. Guest will likely hear the neighbor’s dogs if they’re outside but will never be able to interact.
