There’s plenty of open grassy room to run, sniff, and explore, plus a doggy pool for splashing, cooling off, or just dipping paws on hot days. The yard is clean, well‑maintained, and ideal for off‑leash play, training sessions, or quiet sniffing adventures. Pup parents can enjoy a comfortable, relaxing area to sit back while their dog plays safely. It’s a calm neighborhood, and because our neighbors have horses, you might even spot one over the fence — a fun, gentle surprise for curious pups. This yard is a safe, private, and welcoming space where dogs can be themselves and owners can unwind.

No smoking or alcohol — these are not allowed anywhere on the property.Pick up after your dog — please clean up all waste so the yard stays fresh for everyone.Be respectful of our home — treat the space with care; this is where we live.Fully vaccinated dogs only — all dogs must be current on vaccines, including kennel cough (Bordetella).Drain and clean the doggy pool — if your pup uses the pool, please drain it and rinse it out before you leave.You will be on camera — we have several mounted security cameras for safety and monitoring.Respect the neighbors — our neighbors have horses, so you may see them. Please ensure your dog behaves calmly around them.
