55What an awesome Sniffspot! First time promo code, huge yard up the hill in back, plus the hill and an igloo tent decked out with heater going, blanket, dog treats, popcorn and water bottles for the humans! Up top of the hill for the large yard, Lisa put out 2 camping chairs and a little table with flowers. There’s toys for the pups to play with and lots of room for them to explore and play. The yard isn’t fenced in but you’d never know it. It’s very private and quiet and overall a fab spot for both pups and humans! Lisa is very kind and accommodating and gives everything a special touch. Highly recommend it and we’ll definitely be back! The pics of our happy furbabies show it all. You definitely want to check this one out.

Description

The Pawsitive Dog Park offers a serene country setting, featuring a large flat area, a two-story hill, and a soundscape of bird and frog songs. This expansive space provides ample room for dogs to run and play freely. Seasonal wild fruits are available for visitors to enjoy, including black raspberries and red raspberries in the back of the yard, cherries near the firepit wood pile, and pears from the tree by the side of the house. The property is home to a variety of creatures. Guests may have the opportunity to catch glimpses of local wildlife, such as deer, squirrels, chipmunks, songbirds, hawks, frogs, foxes, various butterflies, fireflies (seen across the street in early July), and the occasional harmless garter snake. The diversity of birds in this area is remarkable, thanks to its close proximity to woods, fields, and marshes. We appreciate the natural wildlife and enjoy observing each sighting. Please be aware that while we discourage direct interaction with the wildlife, our property is equipped with several family-friendly amenities that we warmly invite you to enjoy. These include a sandbox, various yard games, board games, and a ninja course complete with a swing. We kindly inform you that the pool, zipline, and trampoline are not accessible at this time. We hope these facilities enhance your stay, providing fun and entertainment for all ages. An indoor bathroom is available for use upon request, provided the hosts are present on the premises and have been notified of the need.

As this is a country setting, visitors should be mindful of potential natural occurrences such as wildlife droppings, fallen sticks and branches, uneven terrain, puddles, and occasional mud. For the safety of all guests, the above-ground pool, trampoline, and zipline are unavailable for use. The pool liner can easily be damaged by dog nails, and the zipline is not suitable for adults. These items may only be used with prior written permission and under the supervision of the host.

Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the spot.
Make sure the area is safe and secure before bringing your dog in.
Never enter a spot before your booking start time and never leave late.
Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived.

Unless otherwise stated, restrooms are not available on site.

Booking Policies
Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
