Howdy! Come 1 come all to our fun little yard :) I’m an avid dog lover who just hasn’t gotten my own dog yet. So, in the meantime would love to share my yard space with y’all! Our neighbor does have two dogs who, when outside will bark at other dogs from time to time. There is a section of the fence that is chain link and the dogs can see each other. If the barking becomes too much for your dog, I will always offer refunds if you can’t stay. Other than that parking is easy and we will give you your privacy hope to see you soon!

It is located in the unincorporated area of Vista off of Gopher Canyon. Property is over an acre, fenced all around with a private driveway gate and a separate entrance gate for your access. There is an enclosed swimming pool area with a yard and patio for a closer eye on your dog(s). There's a large trampoline for kids to release their energy! If you'd like to access the pool itself, you can add it as an extra. There is plenty of space to roam around free and enjoy nature's beauty.

Come run and play on 10 acres! We have a large lawn, many flat and hiking trails with beautiful views! We have a pond that your fur babies and jump and swim in. There are many mature oak trees. It’s so peaceful for you too! You’ll get exercise, enjoy nature, wildlife, farm animals and good old vitamin D! (Sunshine☀️) There are benches for resting and bowls of water and hoses for the dogs.

We grow organic Hass Avocados on a 20-acre fully fenced farm. When you book our Sniffspot, you’re really booking the whole 20 acres to yourself so your dog can have the pleasure of running, exploring & adventuring off leash without worry of running into other humans or other dogs. "This field is huge! My dogs had an amazing time running around and exploring 😍 There is shade under the trees, and the part that wasn't fenced in wasn't an issue for us. If your dogs don't have solid recall, stick to the fenced side. The whole place is so big, you shouldn't have a problem getting a good amount of walking/running in, without coming too close to the un-fenced side. I walked around for about 2 miles, and I'm guessing my dogs probably did twice that 😆 The host was nice and allowed extra time, because I took a wrong turn coming there and was late to my booked time. We will definitely be back."

The Sniffspot Field is a 3 acre fully fenced area that you and your dog will have unsupervised access to for the time you have booked. There is fresh water and access to toys in this area at all times in addition to other listed amenities. The entire ranch is 36 fenced acres. For anyone interested, I will gladly provide supervised walks around the entire property for additional enrichment at no additional cost. Palmhill is a working organic farm. There may be an occasional worker sighting, but absolutely no reason for any employee to interact with a guest or their dogs. My interests lie in offering an affordable, large, safe, clean, offleash venue for guests and their canine companions.
