We grow organic Hass Avocados on a 20-acre fully fenced farm. When you book our Sniffspot, you’re really booking the whole 20 acres to yourself so your dog can have the pleasure of running, exploring & adventuring off leash without worry of running into other humans or other dogs. Check out our EXTRAS! Run free and have fun! Price is 1 dog/1 person. To ADD additional guests, let us know.

We sit adjacent to a 500-acre nature preserve. With that comes wild animals that may visit every so often. Deer, squirrels, good snakes, bad snakes, fox, coyotes. Stay on our established trails. We’ve never (knock on JESUS!) had a Guest (human or dog) encounter a problem. Over 850 Guests have visited our Ranch.
