We grow organic Hass Avocados on a 20-acre fully fenced farm. When you book our Sniffspot, you’re really booking the whole 20 acres to yourself so your dog can have the pleasure of running, exploring & adventuring off leash without worry of running into other humans or other dogs. We sit adjacent to a 500-acre nature preserve. With that comes wild animals that may visit every so often. Deer, squirrels, good snakes, bad snakes, fox, coyotes. Stay on our established trails. We’ve never (knock on JESUS!) had a Guest (human or dog) encounter a problem. Over 850 Guests have visited our Ranch. Only one side has a neighbor. They do not have pets. We do have 2 feral cats on property. They typically hang out in the front, sitting under cars or in the upper landscape area. We request that all food is to be brought in. No delivery services, please. Clean up any and all food and waste. We provide trash cans and recycle cans. We provide fresh water for your pup, poop bags with disposal. Toys, balls, and doggie life vests. No glass, please. Please clean up after your pups.
