Description

My yard is available to those that need some space! There is off street parking, a stone drive way. Please do not park under the walnut tree. If the pear tree is producing, feel free to pick a few pears. You are welcome to take any fallen walnuts in the fall as well. Please treat the trees with respect. The property is not fenced in currently. There is a garbage can by the back door in which feces can be disposed. Please use a bag to pick up and wrap feces in. There are many squirrels, rabbits and birds that live in the trees on the property. There is a wooden swing you may use as well. Please do not use the fire pit as there is a no burn in effect. Enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds.

Hazards

There are many wild animals on and around the property. If the walnut tree is dropping walnuts, be careful not to roll an ankle on them.

Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the spot.
Make sure the area is safe and secure before bringing your dog in.
Never enter a spot before your booking start time and never leave late.
Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived.

Unless otherwise stated, restrooms are not available on site.

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
