Enjoy a clean, safe, and fully private play space designed with dogs in mind. Our yard features premium AstroTurf that is cleaned and sanitized using pet-safe products. All waste is picked up immediately after every visit to ensure a fresh, hygienic environment for every guest. Amenities include: Fully fenced private yard with privacy fencing Large shaded play area Dog splash pad, cleaned and sanitized daily Fresh towels provided after water play Cold drinking water cooler with cups for guests Clean, sanitized water bowls for every dog On-site parking Outdoor seating and chairs Bathroom available on the premises Toys, balls, and enrichment items, all sanitized between visits Optional agility equipment available upon request Soft background music available to create a calm, relaxing atmosphere For dogs that enjoy socializing, we also offer the option of meeting our friendly resident puppy. She is an AKC-registered, fully vaccinated, well-socialized service dog in training. Play sessions are always optional and only arranged if both dogs are a good match and the owner requests it. Whether your dog wants to run, sniff, splash, train, or simply relax in a peaceful setting, we've created a clean, enriching environment where every visit is enjoyable and stress-free. We look forward to welcoming you and your pup! For owners we have a hammock as well as lots of beautiful birds that fly around . It's totally shaded during the day and the astro turf is always cleaned with a pressure washer after every visit it's very zen yard that you will enjoy

Hello. Welcome😊 Use of yard, pool, fridge, TV and outdoor bathroom are included. Access to whatever dogs toys are outside and you can relax in all chairs/lounges. There is a mini pool as well as a mini splash pad that’s accessible for use. The hot tub is a great addition- lovely especially for the evenings🧖‍♀️🛀🧘 Gate entrance will be at the east side of the home aka right side if you’re looking at the house. Gate will be unlocked at start time. There will be signs up to help direct. You can park in the driveway or along the street, no HOA so don’t have to worry about towing.
