Description

Tons of grass, 6foot fence, Hose available on porch but it sprays at faucet! Shade. Chairs. Waste bags. Neighbors dog is often outside in backyard. but they bring inside if she starts to bark. Covered porch $5 credit if you tie off all poop bags and toss in large black trash bin Please use hose to rinse down any poop not scooped by bags. Both dogs at residence are at dog day care anytime backyard is open to guests.

Additional rules

1) Please do not book your visit with us unless your dog is completely cleared of parasites and up-to-date on all vaccinations. I’m not responsible for any health related issues that may arise from visiting my backyard. Both of our dogs are parasite-free and up-to-date on all vaccinations. 2) Poop bags are in a wall dispenser next to back door. Please use poop bags to collect waste and deposit the backyard DOG trashcan. NOT in large green trash bin next to garage. Cleaning up after your dogs help keep this area healthy and clean for everyone. 3) Please refrain your dog from excessive digging in grass. We don’t expect a perfect yard, but digging holes is a hazard to others running freely. If holes happen, please let us know so we can fill them. No fee, just keeping things groovy for everyone. 4) feel free to use umbrella for extra shade, just retract when done. 5) dog bowls are not sanitized between visits. Please bring your own if you prefer.
